its has a roller assembly beneath the seating arrangement which got power from the engine through chain . one end of the chain is at outputshaft of the engine and the another end at the roller assemblt input shaft which in terms drive the roller .this roller is in constant touch with the tyre thats produce the movement in the tyre ....
if iam wrong correct me ,

this is the ball bearing concept its all hidden in the rim..... the inside of the rim is connected to chassis and the outer part is connected to chain so vwey simple i know but look at a ball bearing and u ill figure out urself
