Default 2009 Kawasaki Ninja ZX-6R Monster Energy Special

Ninja ZX-6R Monster Energy as part of the 2009 line up from Kawasaki.

Four-stroke, liquid-cooled, DOHC, four valves per cylinder, inline-four and cubic capacity of 599.

The website describes this color scheme as 'Metallic Diablo Black with special Monster Energy® graphics'

Price stated as $9999. The 'ordinary' 2009 ZX-6R is $200 less.
Do you love it? I don't seem to be able to make up my mind, maybe because I'm too tired to use Google Calculator to find out what $200 amounts to in rupees, so that I can better my perspective or maybe I'm not at all impressed by this

Monster Energy Edition
- Special Monster Energy graphics
- All-new special black plastic body work compliments the Monster Energy graphics and highlights the ZX6R’s new leaner physique

That's all the difference there is, or so I assume from all that theres on the Kawasaki website!

I've read the Terms and Conditions when signing up on xbhp... And the SYSTEM made me do it again now ( The Resurrection ) .. So obviously I'm not trying to advertise the Ninja, anway..like it needs any...

My question. Race Replica paint jobs, I understand. Energy drink advertisement on your precious Ninja? Why would anybody want that? Is Monster Energy sucha phenomenon abroad that it deserves so much?

Or is it simply that Monster being one of the main sponsors for Kawasaki Racing, its nothing more than a marketing gimmick in favour of Monster?

Oh, the 'ordinary' Ninja ZX 6R.

PS: I've posted this elsewhere on the web, but all these questions popped up suddenly and I had to know the answer. Anybody?
