Is that dirt or dust particles.. .What ever it is... it needs a cleanup badly...

Think about a waterwash for your 400D from any of the top indian super model and a wax coat if possible.

Excellent concept and great execution! However, the excessive dust spots take away a lot from the images

They've become so visible here coz you were probably shooting with very tiny apertures to get the maximum possible DOF.

I would suggest you clean the photos in PS to bring them to their true potential.

As for the sensor, with so much dust, i'm pretty confident that it will need a wet cleaning
