Default Run in

A friend has bought a 2012 Fireblade and is looking for info. From what I know, there is a specific way of riding during the run-in period of a superbike. Does anyone know about it? Do we already have this info on any of the threads?

There are two ways ( what majority of people debate over ).... the official motorcycle owner's manual way and one motoman way.
I think the latter way is quite bold and we chickens need solid proof and testaments before we follow it ! but more than a couple people who have actually tried it have told me that it works and its the best way !
