In India, I won't prefer playing on roads with such extreme bikes.......
especially,when-even if the 2012 cannot pass your monster it would keep at your elbow and both the human riders would try very hard to overcome each other......which is not recommended in India for the safety of the bikes and us too.

So you can be happy about pushing the fastest zzr1400 around

However, as you said, and we all know, the tech and electronics the ZZR has now makes it one of the best bikes on the planet, which scores not only in speed but also in sophistication.

I dare to say that this bike is much more than the existing Busa in outright performance, meaner than the Vmax in absolute brawl and cooler than the VFR1200 when it comes to precision and tech.

BMW S1000RR and MV Agusta F4RR cannot equal the ergonomics of the new ZZR which it brings alongside outright performance.

Last but not the least, if it follows CKD route and gets the service at Bajaj PBK .........the best VFM Hyperbike it would become in India.

A really satisfying bike to have then.

Doesnt have to be the roads man. can try this on the track to test my 14 with the new one... without a doubt, its better than the Busa & the older 14s. However mine has been specifically prepped for speed & handling... having said that, any modification to the new 14R (exhaust full system, filter etc) will take my 14 too

I understand

But ain't building something that's not broke.

Moreover just 10 bhp shorter with a total 210 PS to back up won't matter much.
That power is now fully utilizable with the introduction of KTRC traction control on the new 14R ...........which means go out of corner flying on gas without risking a single sideways.(obviously I am speaking of the track).........at this rate, at a certain point it would all boil down to the better rider.
at which point, being a new bee and a wud be big biker myself , I wud pass on.

The best part is when you make those four wheelers look like cow carts

One reason for myself going for something like ZZR1400 is to avoid snobbed glares from those arrogant cagers.I so totally hate those that I don't even feel like driving my own.

With something like the new ZZR140, I won't care even if the glare is from a Veyron on our roads.

However Insaneroller.........you must be loving the zzr1400 more than any of your vehicles.Hence please ride defensively, you mean many things already to people who appreciates you and your ride and with the ZZR1400 you do not need to try hard to prove it.
