Just a small correction, its 2010 model and the bike hasn't launched yet. All the dealers will take orders only by next year

So am I. Love the way its has been made and going by the specifications, it should prove its numbers in 1000 cc category. Although I am pretty sure it will be expensive and will fall in the price bracket of Italians litre class.

Will be interesting to see weather this bike would make owners, loyal to their particular motorcycle brand, switch to BMW in future, which hasn't happened much with this German company.

What a killer spec sheet. Power to weight ratio amazing for a road bike. Not a big fan of those asymmetrical headlights though. But the rest of the bike can be described with one word ---> SWEET!

I like the way it looks. And going by the way BMW thinks, that ugly dual headlights must have some reasons for being there.

That head light is a SHAME. If they wanted projectors so bad...couldnt they just put one on the other side too.

On one hand you have European makers like Ducati who seem to nail it every time...and then these nut cases who have all the design capabilities and come up with such a ridiculous looking front end.

If someone buys a BMW....the front end will be the first thing that gets modded. After Market parts makers are gonna mint money with parts for this one.
