Riding a superbike on Kolkata roads is like that. Guess most of India is like that, but whatever. Its scary
I am saying this because seriously, I have so much fear in my head that I refrain from taking the bike out. Whenever I look at the bike keys kept at the table, the first thing that comes in my mind is a Wagon R that had braked in front of me to a dead stop because he had missed a turn!, a calf (from amongst thousands) who suddenly decides to to cross the road and beat a superbike to that, cyclists who take advantage of their amazing turning radius and take a turn faster than a particular cross plane crankshaft famed bike!!
People do not know that an object can travel faster that 60kmph (speed limit in cities) and use this principle when they cross the road.
But having said all this, I will still take the bike out for the days when I miss her...(that i always do )
I wanna go for a long ride, but its jinxed. Last two attempts have failed. Hope to break that soon though... until then, stay tuned !!
he he lol... very well said mate..its not only the superbikers have that fear in the mind..even a normal commuter does have that fear.. Everytime you hit the road...ur lucky stars follow you.. you never know what will happen next...! No matter how safe..slow...carefully you ride...you are not guaranteed of riding back home safe..

Its available in the US too.
Saw one the other day.
In 08 Honda went nuts and manufactured way too many 1000RRs. Now dealerships here in the US are flooded with unsold CBRs lying in crates in their warehouses. They are being sold for 8000$. Which includes the bike tax paper work etc. Its a total steal. I bought my R6 a year ago for more than that.
