'08 Fireblade at MMSC chennai. About 200kms+ of track time and some little bits and pieces in Germany. I will be at the Nurburgring track this june ripping the Blade to feel and be one with the Blade. Much of what I wrote was fanboy talk though Not everything was my own experience either.

The crash was bad man I still get bad dreams about it. To be honest I am reeling so hard under its psychological after effects its hard to talk about it. Had the crash been on the track I wouldnt give a rats ass. But this was on the streets..
I still dont know how I survived..a head on collision with an Eicher truck
Eye witnesses narrated me later of how I escaped and it sounds too good to be true. I must have survived for a reason is how I looka at it and move on. I was kitted to brim including Astar race class bionic back protector, kidney belts, riding boots et all.
I will explain more about the crash later. Gotta go for now..ciao mate..and let some blade gyan fly my way..whatever is in your capacity !

Third service @ 10400 Kms odo reading.

Front and rear brake pads changed, Headlight bulb changed to Philips XP moto ( a slight increase of maybe 15 % brightness)

Air filter was a graveyard of all sorts of insects. It was vaccumed and blown..
Front tyre changed finally. It was pending as front stand was needed for it.
Some pictures:

Mr. Ashok, worked non stop on the bike in spite of him not feeling well, and a bad pain in his arm... Hats off to him. People like him makes Honda and her customers proud

Mr. Ankush took feedback every 2 mins, delaying the service..

nice to have the bike serviced right in front of you right ? at first when i looked at the third pic , i thought the monster R1 was there to make sure the blade got the best service ... and then I saw the green smiley and that made a lot of sense
