Just hope that you don't have any problems with the bike for which you need support from the company. Trust me, we have had and are having a very difficult time with Honda.

man, this thread is so old, I thought its a new topic, and was surprised to see my reply in it !!
Guess, the owner was venting out his frustration (can be frustrating if you cant ride your superbike much), and now as his first post is his only, it seems he is in love or something with his honda and completely forgotten that he ever complained ?

Sorry to read your ordeal and Honda 'should' look into this ASAP.

Any broker would have done this work and I for one wouldn't have cared and got this done myself with a bit of palm-greasing. (The registration work IS a part of the seller and it should have been taken care of promptly)

Congratulations and enjoy your ride

EDIT--Just read fireblah's reply and realized my folly

even though the topic is old its not irrelevant.
honda's service is pathetic. dont know about sbks
but getting a uni or stunner or shine serviced in itself is a big ordeal.
to hear even sbk users face this problem is just pathetic.
honda service centres here have that attitude with them.
feel like slapping them on their face. as if we are asking them
to give us and service the bike for free !
