Default My first DIY intake port

This is my first try at intake porting on my 5 speed barell, this porting is done to fix bigger banshee/rz reeds, this crazy idea hooked on my head and i didnt have any fancy tool to do it nor i couldn't afford it, but what the heck i wanted to do it so bought two half round files (one big and other small) and a vernier and completed the work in 15 days time, i would never do this gain nevvverrrrrrr ever the amount pain your wrist gets is simply cannnot be put in words this method is very painfull for your hands, but the finish the outcome cannot be matched to any machinery

i am attaching some pics will be posting more pics tommorow, yet to water mark them.

P.S these snaps shows 90% job completed.
