Good job

Please share the details of the works carried out. Seems like there was no chrome job or anything of that sort done. If the finish on the brake hubs, head, etc are the original one hats-off to your maintenance

That kicker is the one that came along with the bike or you replaced it? It is difficult to source that kicker now, that's why I am asking.

Happy riding
P.S: I like the title of the snaps, 'Office Celeb'

Thanks for a lot guys for your appreciation.I bought it from Pollachi near to coimbatore and the guy who sold this bike has done all the restoration job.He has already two RX100. So i thought he has good mech to achieve this. And the price is 34.5K. I dono whether the price is too much or not ? you guys to tell......I brought this into chennai and did some minor jobs like battery replacement, bulbs, rear numberplate and there was some oil leak so done some little job.

Still some jobs pending
1. Need to check Oil Tank currently premixing the oil(2%) in petrol tank. I bought the Yamalube and have to fill it and check on this week end

2. The bike has done extra coil rewinding and the owner had put 55/60 W main bulb initially. very slow response light. And remining bulbs had gone fuse. So my mech has changed the rectifier, Wiring and replaced the fused bulbs. After that we changed to 30/35 W Osram for head lamb and went fuse after changing rectifier. So changed to 45/50 W Yamaha bulb and doing good. Tail lamb went fuse. So need to check that.

For tail lamb what I need to do? do I need to increase the Watts? or need to check the recitifier?
Also suggest me the good bulb for head lamb? I am thinking to get Philips..

3. Side handle I need to get it. I checked on the Yamaha showroom they gave the Crux handle with hook. guys please suggest me the RX100 handle.

4. I have to replace the Speedo meter needle and it was broken last week.

Hey Jay dont get me wrong but 34.5K is just too much for a RX100. But no doubt the bike is in very good condition, i loved your LEGEND
The mirrors would have made it look complete. But finally its your choice DUDE

Very nice bike... Congratulations...
(But even i think that 34.5 is a tad high for a RX100)

Anyway enjoy your ride and do keep us updated on your adventures on the bike..

Yeah thats true but my calculation was if I bought the vehicle for under 15K I must buy all the spareparts for restoration to its new. so it will cost around 25K or more.

So it will come around as more than 35..so I opted this for clean papers and nice work already done..
