@Codezero - I know you've got a piece from Sri, but I care to give my pieces of answers
Lets take a moment to see how you got to this answer. The first question from Sheelpriye was this

So unanimously, the answer that was provided was the reason for why RX100 was preferred on a spare parts thread. Now you're trying to bring in a totally different thought. Let me answer you one by one.

wat you have said in the thread & wat you have said here :
RX rebuild Using 3 Yamaha Variants

is Very Contradicting Indeed, you want the Cake & want to Eat it too
Again, you're missing the point; There are 2 points here that made me to settle for RX135's cylinder.
1. Availability of RX100 cylinder in the Yamaha service centre/sales centre/spares division
2. I already have a brand new RX135 cylinder that I purchased about 8 months ago

The king of 2 strokes is RD350

* sambar rice for Lunch (Cylinder Assy + Crankshaft Assy of RX135 4 Speed)
* pizza & pasta for dinner (Gearbox of RX135 5 Speed)

End Result is Indigestion which will leave you sick for Ever
Well, I don't see a problem here. If I've Paratha for breakfast at 7 AM, I can still have lunch Sambar rice at 1 PM & still have Pasta at 7:30 PM. As long as my stomach can work well (which is yes indeed) Do you see a problem? Seriously I'm confused as what makes you bring Parathas/Sambar rice & Pizza to map to a motorcycle. To me a motorcycle is a motorcycle, there's nothing to compare it with food. Pls restrict yourself comparing apples to apples as I don't see a similarity with Sambar rice & Crankshaft.

Well, it is not. My friend there're several things that I learned from this. I know each & every bolt nuts location on my motorcycles. By the time the rebuild is complete, I may even start servicing my motorcycle on my own. In that terms, I would call this as a master rebuild as there's no part that I've left out. Oh!! and yes, my motorcycle is currently running on 4 speed head & 5 speed gearbox on a RX100.

With apologies to Mods & JD I'm forced to go a little bit OT with the intention to put off this topic.
@codezero - You're probably provoked to say such things because you've an RX135 & would to take acredited for it by calling it as king in this forum. My friend, change you thought of attitude; a motorcycle lover will love any motorcycle call it King or not a king; riding preference is another thing. It is you who buy/make the motorcycle for riding & the illusion of king or queen is upto your mind & there's no point calling out things in the name of parathas or sambar rice. Last but not the least, if you find any flaws with any of the projects, post them here to share your knowledge & experience and HELP the community as discouragement reveals & spreads the negative energy around oneself.

Ping Atul Astro, although he has been underground for now as cops are chasing him for making polluting vehicles that "smoke" a lot, latest being a over killed drag RX with a TM36 carb!

PS: If you do meet him, hit him in his head!
