* My bike starts in first Kit and there is no problem in starting even in the coldest temp.. Please clean your Carb. and check if your pilot jet is blocked which size jets you are using on your RX main jet as well as pilot jet whats their size.. Also check if the breather hole in the tank cap is not blocked.. Try starting your bike with the tank cap open if it starts without any prob then your breather hole in tank cap is blocked open it..


After checking all that please tell me what are the results...

Hey Rohit. There is one simple way. You really want to go drilling the clutch cover and all. There is another way. You just need a a empty case of speedo or tacho from RX. Source the mounting plate and the center console(the pilot lamp). From some mechanic get a empty case. And plonk a pulsar tacho in it, the old ones that came with classic pulsar. I'd suggest this way as you've already got the CDI for ya. There's no point is going for cable drives. For the wiring diagram you've RDD.
