Thanks a lot for your comments.
  1. Regarding pipes, i cant go back to stock ones. I loved the way cat-con looks, but for my bike setup there was a serious top end drop, hence reverted back to EC. And i dont like the chrome silencer at all (the RX100 type).
  2. Seat again, had stock ones, but used to get lot of back pain, hence took this seat with a big cusp & a bigger handle. Now i dont have any back pain, hence keeping it. Whereas in black bike even with stock seats i dont feel any pain, its just that even though both are RXs, they seem to have different behaviour.
Parking is a big problem, ever since my Esteem has come, but i do my best to juggle around bangalore & my hometown.

Dude, you should have never posted the pics. Nobody appreciates the kind of work that has been done on the bike. People are experts in leg pulling here..
@fistoffury - you are here for not even a month with 3 posts and you are already judging people?

FYI - I don't think there was anything wrong in asking if the pipes looks similar. The answer is either a yes or no.

And talking about appreciating other efforts well even Karthik here did comment on others capabilities and calculations. So please don't try to turn things ugly over simple questions or doubts.

We all love 2 strokes and each one of us like their bikes and built them the way we want them. So there might be someone who might not like your set up or ask questions if they have any doubts that's natural.

If you aren't ready for comments on your bikes then you should keep it to yourself.
Do not expect everyone to appreciate your bike. Some people will post if they don't like it or have questions so be prepared for it.

peace.

lovely bikes there kartik. but what surprises me the most is 2 diff setups, i.e 4 spd and 5 spd cylinders using the same pipes. They both have very different power characteristics and yet the same design for expansion chamber? Even if the 4 spd is ported to 5 spd spec even then it would require a design much different to that of a 5 speed. So how come?

Good bikes nonetheless

Cheers

Hey Kartik which workshop / garage do set ur bikes up with in bangalore ?

Beautiful bikes btw . Yup once you go chambered u cant go back . Stock exhaust is too boring and all noise not much go . The sound of a chambered 2 stroke always catches my complete rapt attention like no other . Ok maybe a really hot naked blonde chick running down the road can compare . Since ur running 2 similar chambers on two different setups can u tell us what is the difference in power delivery and which setup do u like better in terms of usable and enjoyable POWER . Btw by how much did the Gladi setup set u back ? Flaties and Foam Pod Filters along with intake and reeds should be the next hop up parts that u should be looking at . U can also try dropping ur front , putting clip ons and rear sets for one of those beauts . Since u got TWO RX135s (!!) you can probably afford to convert one into a cafe' racer . They arnt too expensive in terms of cosmetics either .

The RD chamber and the RX chamber arnt similar . The RD pipe has a huge ass header . The shape is a little similar . End cans look similar too (?) . So maybe the welder / pipe fabricator is the same ? :P

Great bikes guys keep them comming .

No sir, the Green is running with heavily ported 4TL10 kit & Black one is with mild porting 4TL00 kit. They are not the same.

FYI, even the chambers are not the same, maybe the end cans might look the same, but definately not the other things.

Also i am not an expansion chamber designer, so dont ask me too much about the internals. Matter of fact is i am a Design engineer in the field of Power Electronics & not automobile engineering.
