Thumbs up Project Voadora, Custom painted RX100.

Hi all, Recently I have a done a few mod jobs and a custom paint job to my RX100, The paint job done by StreetLordz Customs. The customizing wing of our stunt team StreetLordz from Kerala. We got a portuguese name for the ride. "VOADORA" means "Flying". Name suggested by a Brazillian girl .

Mechanical works,
Gladiator disk setup including fork downtubes, 12V DC Electricals, 55w Phillips bulb in a DCM Toyota reflector, New clutch plates, P200 handle bars (need to be changed), After market air filter, Hunk's winkers at rear (could not fit it upfront), new battery, changed wiring kit, rear tire, new side covers, libero's switches, replaced cables, changed many small parts and got the engine and the silencer decarbonized. Finally got the custom paint scheme for the ride and for my new Cross helmet.

Some pics,

Before the project

At workshop

Before painting

Total expense is around 20K, I ran out of funds . So I could not fit a good expansion chamber and a KnN filter. Will get them soon.

Will add the full pics soon.

Thanks mate, We struggled a lot to make the designs. This was our first work . The green designs and writings are done with paint. Done the designs with Normal paint spray gun.

^^^ I thought KL3 is Pathanamthitta!!!

I like the custom paint & overall the output has come out very well. Good job.

Any other mods done apart from the front disc setup? I hope the tyres are one size up on front & rear isn't it?

Apart from this, I like to get one info on the front suspensions; Is the top part (steel one) a direct fit on the bottoms of Gladiator? Or did you change the entire setup as whole including the top & bottoms from Gladiator's front suspension?

Thanks, ya the top tube was a direct fit to the Gladiator's bottoms. The front tyre is now 3.00-18, need to be replaced soon.
