Seems to be like a 1354 or 5 speed engine. Are you doing the actual work or getting it done through a mechanic? Awaiting for more...

I know you would know it BB

Thats an RXZ being restored. Well, the work is being done by mechanic as I know little about 2 strokes, but willing to learn. Also, the professional responsibilities do not allow me to do some hands on. Still, I visit the workshop every alternate day to know the update. Also, the mechanics are pretty trusted and I got the name from one of the threads on XBHP itself - Perfect Motors, Karol Bagh.

Till now, the engine work has been done, all the parts have been sourced (including the body parts), chassis pained and by tomorrow, the rims would be fitted and within a couple of days, I should get the bike!

But can someone tell me if I can fit FZ handle and pulsar 220 horns. It was a straight no for both. As far as the hand;e is concerned, I know it would fit. The horn part has a technical bend as I'm not sure if the coil would support the horns or not. Need some insight from the pros!

Champ bought an old Rx few months ago & he's in the process of restoration. So I guess he's updating his WIP on this thread.

P220's horn, if its more than 2.5A, then Rx will NOT support with a stock 2.5A battery. This will require to change the battery to 5A & fit a relay unit before the battery. Regarding charging, the stock 12V dynamo will do.

On FZ's handlebar, check out the dia of FZ's versus stock Rx's; atleast get the dia of stock FZ, but then, let me warn you, you'll have troubles with clutch & throttle cables. If you're is 135, then add the choke cable for the trouble.
