A small intro about you and your bike shall be appreciated.
There HAS to be a problem with your coil plate. Its prolly too advanced or someone has tried to change the timing. Is it a second hand bike? You can break more kicks ,kick shafts and ankles if dont do anything about it soon. Post some pics.

I am Yunus from surat, its a second had bike i bought & got it restored.
the kick back is too frequent & also the kick slips may times

i had been to my mechanic, got the ide checked but dint found any problem. he also opened left side box to check the coil but he dint found any problem thats what he said. another mechanic said there is problem in your piston, hence it makes more smoke & give less average.

just fyi. i have recently got the cranck fixed while bike was under construction & piston was replaced before 2500 kms before 2 years

You kick is slipping because the kick ratchet is worn off due to the frequent kick backs. I still feel the timing has to be checked. The piston alone does not have to do anything with the bike smoking too much. If possible swap the coil plate from any other RX135 and check.

P.S- what is 'ide'?

the kick back may also be because of a faulty cdi

Are you using the stock plate & magnet that came with ur bike?

If Yes, then the problem should be with the timing or the CDI, start with a timing Gun & u'll soon see why it is happening. If timing is spot on, swap a CDI from ur friend's bike or something to get to know if the CDI is faulty.

If ur using a Bigger Generator,
The timing as per the kick back's should be either too advanced or retarded, assuming ur's being a stock 4S the timing should be around 22Deg i guess & can be advanced to further 4deg, so anything above the mark or less than it will cause problems like this...

you need to retard the timing. too much advance will hole the piston or cause rings to melt. 22 degree or even less, check plugs too and post plug electrode pics.
revert back to 4s carb. timing and jetting shuldnt be done at the same time
