By choice. - What happened to you, not taking any calls, not answering to PMs? Are you all right?

Posting the pictures here once again, so you do not have to search for them.

Excellent work done Basu.
I know how difficult it is to get spare parts. U have to spend a lot of money and time.
One suggestion - if u are not planning to use rear panels then remove the rear grab handle. It looks good without rear handle

Thanks. It is hard to double stand the bike without that rear grab handle.

You are always welcome. I will work on RX once the rainy season gets over.

I did not fit the front plates yet. You source me the rear tail panels OEM in silver. They will come in 3 pieces. I will pay you double for it.

dada, apart from Wellington, have you checked for parts in Anwar shah road??(i guess you must have done that but still asking)....they used to do some jugaad for a friend of mine who had a RX100 and at least get the body panels readily within two-three days...plus there are lots of small garages in Khidderpore where they repair as well as source parts.....i used to see few small shops in the Mominpur area when i used to frequent that area.....

RX parts are available with the solo genuine Yamaha spare parts dealer in Wellington, he said if I have the papers - he can help build a bike - jokes apart, I enquired with him and everything is available, including the Japanese Fibre Clutch Plates. I do go to Anwar Shah Road, the shop you are talking about, the owner himself owns a Shogun. Never been to Khiddepore for spares, too far from my home. I am in extreme south.

Good to know that all the RX parts are available...and ya i have seen that guy on his shogun...parks it just outside his shop......wasnt he able to get you the rear panels????but the guy is a total rip off....sells helmets at almost double the price if it "looks" good ...if you know someone staying around Khidderpore, then ask them to enquire..you never know what you get ur hands on from that area

Stay away from that shop as much as possible. I have not purchased a single spare for my Shogun from him. Reason is that, I do not trust him. Price apart, he has a bad record of selling counterfeit items for other brands - not TVS. These days Wellington has been the Mecca for me since all the Genuine stockists (Yamaha - TVS - Bajaj - Honda) reside there. Heck last day I picked up a set of RD350 clutch plates (Imported and Original), may be someone would need it. I do not own a RD but I was blown away by the quality of the plates so I just grabbed it.
