Default go cart with an rxg engine

hey everybody!
i got this really cool idea and now i started to do it. what i did is i decided to build a go cart. my go cart is using an rxg yamaha engine. i bought some steel bars and designed a chasis, then i bought a steering system from a junk market, along with wheels. My go cart has kinetic honda wheels in front, and maruti car wheels in the back. It has a two wheel drive differential system with a chain connection to the engine. For brakes it has rear oil brakes. as shocks i used yamaha for back and in front i used kinnetic honda, but they are too weak so i will have to change.
Now i still have to mount the engine and put the front wheels on, before i can take it for a spi and revv it up to the max. I willl try to send photos when itf finnidhed.

please let me know what you think of it.

Hey DB,

Man how much I envy you. I always wanted to do this... Dreamt about it a lot. Always wanted to do something like that for my engineering final project, but the deadlines scared me a bit.

Great effort, will wait for the pics and then the suggestion. To make it peppy, keep it as light and small as possible.

well Glifford, its not so hard to build a go cart, i m only 15 and i manage quite well ( because i knoe a lot bout mechanics). For what you said about keep it light and small, i agree, mine is about 1.80 m long and 60cm wide. but its quite **** ass heavy. If you want plans i can also send em to ya if ya want.
ill try to put on tha pics asap.
thanks alot for ur comments.[8D]
