Default Lansdowne 2X

I don't know why but from last one year i have been visiting the same place again. I did Bhangragh 2X, Alwar 2X, Salasar 2X, Rishikesh 2X now adding to the 2X slot my last 2X trip to Lansdowne. This trip has 2x power by grace of Royal Enfield and my crazy biking friends Ashwani (moto_ashu) and Karan. Its been a long time (three months i guess) we were not riding. So we decided to take it out to some refreshing place. A long discussion resulted into Lansdowne as our destination.
We all were very busy in our professional life, and some time it makes me chock. To get the medication riding out to the beautiful places of India is the only treatment i found over a period of time i spent with XBHP.
So coming back to track we were ready with our Rides, destination, and date of execution. We all started it bit late from Dhoulan Kouan (gosh my spelling). Karan shocked as with his call that bike Thunderbird has some problem so he won't be riding his Thunderbird. But he is feeling like God on his Avenger. Phew!!! that was close. At three we hugged each other and pressed the little button on the handle console, which has the capability to thunder the 350cc mill below my seat. As we passed Ashram it started to drizzle. Thank god for that sexy weather. Our rides were perfectly responding to our commands and we were enjoying the highways.
But again a question arises why do people show off? You might be curious why the heck i am asking this silly question. Reason is simple on our way to Lansdowne we came across few moron for whom this life is very cheap. And add to that they were showing us how to ride. That was fun actually we three were laughing out loud, and our tummies were aching. But those jokers kept there play on till we reached Kotdwar.
We were about to climb hills. I was excited, so do Karan and Ashwani. So we kept on moving and rode the hill part under the headlights of our bikes. Twists and turns. Lots of ass shifting and my face had a big GRIN smile patched to it. Our engines were thumping the hills. It was calm and cool atmosphere. Around 19:30 we were inside our hotel room bit tired (obviously it was a long run). Had our dinner and phew pathatic jokes over each others life. I felt the whole room was filled with giggles and happiness. Next morning we were supposed to ride back. So we packed our self, checked our rides and rolled out to some of the visual treat points of Lansdowne and clicked a lots of photos. But unfortunately Karans Canon (Made in China) screwed us. So we decided to keep the clicks going on Ashwani's Nokia X2 (The mahanga dikhne wala phone). And it did the task assinged to it pretty well. Here are few pics of our ride, hope u people like them:

Just a thought :- Please get the RVMs installed. The bikes wont look bad with them either and those are super usefull. I used to ride without RVMs when I bought the bike, but once the touring bug had bitten me, I got them installed and now cant live without them.

Rest of the pics are cool. Please carry on.

Regards,
Deepan.

I have both the RVM's installed on my Pulsar. I had accepted your suggestion and will soon install them on this one. Thanks a ton for your suggestion.

So budding biker has shifted to the BULL Good one brother. Landsdowne seems very beautiful with the blanket of clouds covering it. Very nice. Did you guys just stayed for the night & returned back next morning only?

Hey brother i was riding that bike because Royal Enfield gave the privilege to ride it. I don't own it Sad but true. Yes, we did stayed dere for a night next morning we moved out to few "visual treat" places of Lansdowne and started our journey back around 11:30 am. It was crunched but still it was damn good just becoz of the "BULL".
