Original Plan: Hyderabad to Indore - 820 Kms
Distance covered: Hyderabad to Washim - 450Km
My original team. Pruthvi (Platina), Mady and Vishal (Bajaj Avenger)
Just normal never ending roads - Hyderabad to Nizamabad was a cake walk. But something happened and Vishal and Mady had to drop out. This was the first blow to the plan. 4 hours after we started, we were still not far from Hyderabad. The mission had to continue.
Pruthvi tailing
Was dotted with brown irrigated lands
The roads sometime just became boring and I was fighting sleep already.
Some lands looked barren as the desert.
Some roads gave a real countryside feel. Roads in the state of Andhra Pradesh was fantastic.
We halted at Hotel Maniprabha, near Washim Bus stand, although I and Poli was willing to continue until late evening, Pruthvi was not ready. Honoring team spirit I decided to halt for the day.
Preparing Day2 and we were late. 730 expected departure became 1030. Such a loss of valuable time. It was hot, dusty and sweaty. To click a picture was like yuk in all that mood.
Day 2, we never imagined we would only cover 400Kms and I will give you the reason. Washim to Indore is all we could do. Original plan was Indore to Jaipur. What a ground reality.
Roads via Burhanpur, Yawal Wildlife Sanctuary was such a relief not only from the heat. But also from the boring landscape. The roads were beautiful and the weather so pleasant.
We did not want to stop. Just rode and rode.
And our shadows followed
The wildlife sanctuary was the only good green patch we saw after Hyderabad.
The rain gods looked after us by giving us dry roads and clear sky.
Poli Captured thundershowers many miles away. I counted the seconds after a lightning. It was too far away from us to worry about. We just continued.
Some pictures just spoke a thousand words.
Once the Sanctuary was passed, heavy eastward crosswinds picked up. They were so bad I could not cross 50. I do not know how Pruthvi biked. I almost got knocked off the road while over taking a truck. By Evening, we finally stopped for some snaps and a much needed mental break.
A good spot to rest from the never ending curious eyes on the road was an abandoned Reliance petrol pump, the many hundreds we witnessed across India. The rates still showing Petrol 60.91, its like time frozen and captured across India.
My fully loaded bull had its first scratch with a broken number plate when reversing in a traffic jam. My bull served me with no complaint.
We were so tired, but we tried to keep our morale high with light jokes no matter how small. It meant a lot.
Dark clouds was a welcome amongst a beautiful sunset.
With the sun smiling back at us for a good night's sleep.

Thanks a lot friend. Taking care of wife was my priority. And it was done to the best of my ability.
Thank you Cyrus. I am a bit disappointed that things did not go as per planned. Like I did not get my entire team with me and we could not see much places in Leh. However that will not be the case next time, god will.
Thank you. Trying my best. I have one computer and Poli wont let go so easy.
Thank you. I have around 1000 pics in a public album, I will share it once I complete this log.
A little patience friend. I am trying my best
I will continue to write. Especially weekends I will get time. I want you to read the best words that come out of my heart with the best pictures. So hang on bro.

Great trip there buddy..
Ride Hard !!! Ride Safe!!! Enjoy every moment on your machine !!! Cheers....
Thanks Shivanshu. Yes the roads are boring, but I have to tell you the whole story. It took a lot of effor riding from Hyderabad. By Day 3 we were 1 day behind. We drove for 22 hours straight to beat the Rajasthan heat and did Kota to Panipat one shot. Although just 600Kms the Rajasthan heat was unbearable and needed so many breaks.
Thanks a lot. To share this achievement means I want to ride across the 7 continents if time, money and health permits.
