Its not too difficult to fit those rubbers. Make sure they fit tightly or they may fall off
Some pics of my bike's head and barrel before rebuilding. I hope this helps you to place the rubber properly.

i've heard some users using acid to clean the catcon. cleaning with acid is not at all recommended because it will eat away the catcon from inside. another thing you can do is burn it off using a blow torch. if all else fails you can cut the catcon and drill out the clogged passages, people does it to increase sound and decrease the restrictive effect of the cat. but none of these are practical because whatever you do majority of the accumulated carbon is too stubborn to be cleaned. that is why the only better idea is to replace.

first thing the catcon is damn heavy even when it is new and god save when carbon deposits inside may be double the weight, its impossible to clean it completely from inside use it long as it is there giving performance then finallly shift to the chrome one no choice or build a custom expansion which gives u a similiar performance to that like the catcon.

whenevr i use to speed my bike from initial, when shifted from 1st to 2nd, after some milliseconds or so, automatically downshift occurs. It is very annoying and i m facing this prob after i switched to castrol mineral oil.Is this related to gearbox oil change or so ????? (gear comes again in 1st)
