Well I always used to read Harold robbins

Now on hearing a suggestion from a friend I just finished "Angels and Demons" by Dan brown. Its good, I liked it a lot, guess the next read will be the same as Weird San "the white tiger" by Arvind

... U should definitely read Ice Station it is equally if not faster paced than Scarecrow and i believe Scarecrow is the sequel with respect to the characters involved!.

But the books from Riley are awesome!! The action is Non-Stop!!

My favorite author is Michael Chriton, I just love his science fiction. Apart from that, currently into reading a lot of Indian Authors, started with Discovery of India by Nehru. Currently reading Sacred Games by Vikram Chandra.

Till date, Atlas Shrugged and Sacred Games remain my most favourite ones. Just started 'Shantaram'.

Alas, trying to read in Mumbai trains in peak hours will translate into ripped off pages, and hurted ego! I usually go by audio books, which now a days I find very interesting. Have listened Lord of the rings, George Carlin, Seinfeld standups etc. Currently just going through repeats.

I tried audio books and e-books but nothing beats the old fashion paper books
