Yes.

If A180 ABS fits in your budget, get it. Else get the normal A180. Depends, on your budget, really.

110% u go for ABS.That is the safest by any Indian bike.As the lock happen only on panic braking. So u can not get that on simple driving condition.by the by normal A180 disk is also good but if u want best go for ABS..

I'm planning to buy apache rtr 180 abs as well, i have also done some research on this topic. The original model of apache (without the ABS) is said to have a loose grip in wet surfaces and vibrations within the 50-70 limit. Probably that could be the reason for implementing ABS in apache, so i suggest you go for the ABS version, its totally worth it...

However, i've been getting mixed reviews about the mileage of apache rtr 180, if you guys could give me a definite answer about the mileage that woud be really useful...

The information i've provided above is from researching different magazines, blogs and friends who already have this bike, please let me know if there is any corrections

Default go for ABS- you won't regret!

@nice123: The 10k price for ABS is well worth even if it would avoid a SINGLE fatal skid!

The following lines are from the Apache 180 ABS test of 'OVERDRIVE' Magazine:
"The average stay in the hospital today costs a lot more, be warned. TVS's commendably sorted ABS could save you that c(r)ash. Prevention is better than cure"

Hope this helps you in taking a decision..

@Saku1807: the mileage range for A180 is 35-45 depends on how well you maintain/how you ride. Look the A180 ownership thread!

i agree with you i am owning the bike really very very confident and good braking much much better than other bikes go for ABS iF you can manage the budget because rtr 180 normal has good brakes but not the best like ABS
