My dear friend, I doubt the thread starter will rip the bike like a gixxer or fireblade on a track that needs to have mechanics standing by after every run.
To keep your bike in shape, just get it serviced on time and do the regular maintainance like washinh, waxing, lubing etc on time and any bike for that matter will be as good as new.

Its not just the fireblades that require maintenance. If you go through the RTR thread you'll learn many ppl burnt their pocket by not servicing at prompt time. Although this may seem just normal washing stuff to you. The RTR does infact need more care than an Yamaha or a Honda Unicorn for that matter which actually I can say is wash, lube, change oil and keep running kind of bike.

You did not note that compared to other companies the RTR needs frequent service, 90% of the time way before the company recommended service interval dude which I dont agree at all. The engine oil and components of RTR once it faces issue will all give you nightmares of frequent visits.
I dont know why you say otherwise, my friends face the issues told me strongly against it or pulsars. The ownership thread should give anyone a clear picture!
