Hi friends.....I am Appu Prabhakar from Kerala. I am working at a place called Dharwad in Karnataka. Must say, the roads here are a biker's paradise if you have a really fast bike and would like to test its top speed...

My bike : 2008 model Pulsar 200. (13000+ kms)

Biking history : I learnt to ride when i was in my class 8. My first bike was a kinetic K4 100...its a funny looking bike which looks more like hero honda street but comes with a clutch and manual gearbox

.. Got my P200 when i was in my 3rd year of college and have been riding that since. In between i had a kinetic honda scooter and had even toured on it..lol...remember doing a 300km one day trip on it to the hills of wayanad....My most recent long trip was a 650km trip from calicut,kerala to dharwad,karnataka. Actually i was reluctant to send my bike through train or road transport and at last decided to ride it all the way to my new place of work. it was one hell of a ride considering the pathetic situation of NH17 at many long stretches. Else the roads and the scenery were wonderful.

I dream of owning a superbike someday

and wish to get a chance to ride one as soon as possible

. It would be a dream come true for me.
My other interest is photography and am learning its nuances gradually.
I don't know if there is an xBhp chapter in this part of india. if there is, please let me know. I would be more than happy to be a part of the g2gs and would like to share experiences with like minded people.

...welcome to xbhp....iam also from calicut...but now in middle of sea...g2gs in calicut is still non existent

(very few member active ullavar in some other places like me)...g2gs happens regularly at tvm...i used ride there to attend g2gs...
