Default ankurjain from Vadodara

Hello All XBHPians,

Myself Ankur Jain. I am living and working in Vadodara. This is my first introduction thread. The reason for being late was I am not much of a writer. Quite a few times I intended to post some questions in 'Help Me' and 'What Bike' section but couldn't find the right words to put in a post.

Few days ago on 1st May I bought my very first bike - The red Pulsar 220 F.

Thanks to xbhp and xbhians for so many posts and so many reviews to live the Pulsar dream even before having it ( yes I was living it with open eyes ).

I bought it in full hard earned cash ....

I had rode so many pulsars, mostly 150 CC, of so many friends and lot other 100cc bikes. In the owned vehicles I had Bajaj Super, then again Bajaj Super . My mom is not so in for of bikes as they don't have dicky and she says no goodies or even groceries can be carried over it :P. True but bike is a bike. Its stable, gives more mileage, stylish ( than scooters atleast ), runs fast and so I am a bike enthusiast since my college days itself ( 2001 precisely ). I love to ride bike, had done small distance trips one for ~150 kms from Vadodara to Ahmedabad on friend's Unicorn and one from Ambernath ( Mumbai ) to Alibaug ~300 kms.

Riding Pulsar - 220F is fun and due to superb pics and reviews posted by xbhpians only I gradually shifted from 150cc to 180cc to 220 cc ( and also push from some friends especially Gaurav and Vikas ).

Lastly I bought it and I am really thankful to xbhp. Apart from xbhp other extensive research was done on **********.in

Don't know how is all this writeup, but thats it, whatever coming from my heart keying down on laptop ....

Thanks
-Ankur Jain
