Hi All ,
Even though I had joined xbhp last year, it was not until recently that i became active online. I shifted from Chennai to Delhi and was looking for a new bike. This forum has helped me deciding my current bike CBR250R. I also got to go for Delhi G2G held last sunday and meet up with like minded people. A brief about my self. I had interest in motorcycles since childhood.My father owned the Yezdi Dealership and I got to spend my childhood drooling over the bikes & spending lotsa time with the mechanics. The Tourer: I like to go for long drives. I have done Chennai Bangalore lots of times and Chennai - Hyderabad couple of times. All my tours i have done on the Hero Honda Karizma. Its a very reliable and comfortable bike for tours. I have done Delhi Agra Delhi on my Cbr250r.Most of my drives, i have done them alone. The Stunter: I was introduced to stunting by chance. This happened when i was learning to drive scooter. My first wheelie happended on a baja cub when by mistake i slipped the clutch and the front wheel was airborne!!. another such experience happened when i was with a pillion ( weight around 100kg) on my passion and the bike wheelied. So once i got my karizma and bought some protection gear, started practising stunting. I practised wheelies & christ on my karizma. The Falls: Stunting had its toll both on bike and biker. I had a fall during christ which left with with brusies, thanks to the protective gear that nothing serious happened. It definitely affected my confidence due to which I did not do stunting for quiete a while. The designer: I like to draw bikes & cars. Attached is a pic of one of my motorcycle designs, drawn on paper and effects added in mspaint  Bikes I got to Drive: Yezdi Classic - This was the motorcycle on whish i learnt how to drive  RD 350 - Just had a test ride. Want to own one in the future Karizma - My baby for 4years in Chennai. Did lotsa tours on it & also stunts. A very reliable machine though a little higher on maintainance Jawa 250 - My brother restored this bike. Must admit, it was tough driving ,but the feel was really great, the sound of twin exhausts... still in my mind CB super 400 - Had a test ride of the bike. Its amazing to hear the sound of inline four !! CBR 250R - My current motorcycle. RxZ - My friend got his bike ported and it was one the best experiences. The bike was equipped with disc brakes and it would wheelie when shfiting gears. Passion: Had it with me for close to four years Other Bikes: Bullet Standard,Thunderbird,Rx100,Rx135,P200, R15.......
