Hi all Xbhp-ians Big smile for you all ,
Myslef sunir from bangalore , have loved riding since the time i got my first cycle !
enough about me !
now a lilttle on my biking history :-
I learn riding on a kinetic challenger ( it does make learning a little easier , as it shows which gear we are currently running on )

1st bike---Bajaj pulsar 150 , 1st generation :-
Was a great bike ! Had many many crashes on it , did a LOT of "Jugaads" in it , & finally after about 7-8 years , it gave up . It took a lot of abuse , people who say pulsar breakdown pretty quick , have no idea how much torture pulsars can take !

2nd bike---HH Karizma :-
Loved the refinement of the ride after p150 . Initially i mantained it very well , but later , i grouped up with the "wrong" kind of friends , they would take my bike for a day or two & literally rape it !
( i wasnt aware of this until after.) The machine kept together pretty well , never it gave up ! I had it for about 3-4 years , in that time , the only major issues i faced were- spark plug jam ,buggy fuel meter , and a total meter-console crash once , thats all . Anyway , i had to sell it later on , as I need the $$$ , and moreover it was giving me a mileage of 20-25 .
( Please do not blame the bike , the vehicle was awesome , my friends are at blame here ) , Sold it for 30k .

3rd bike---Yamaha Fazer ( waiting for delivery , due today evening !):
Reasons that led me to choose this bike :
I had shortlisted P180 , r15 & fazer .
R-15 - Out of the game for me as soon as the v.2 came out . For me a "decent" pillion comfort is a must.
p180 - Loved the power . Hated the kick less start . Had to phase it out mainly because my dad hates pulsars , and because i had already owned 1 before , i dint mind giving it up .
Fazer - Love the gearbox smoothness! love the handling too ! ( unlike pulsar!) Although i dont like the mileage & power figures much , i'm ready to settle down for refinement , comfort & handling .Besides , my g/f liked the bike too .
Booked a cyber green Fazer , as they told that the black one would take 2 weeks more for delivery .

a small favor from all of members please :

1) Please tell me how to extract the best mileage out of my fazer , & how to run-in properly .

2) Please dont mind if i make any mistakes while postings , new here .

3)was wondering , Can i hook up with anyone here for touring or anything else related to biking ?( im friendless )
