Default Kaustubh here!

Hi All,

I registered on xbhp.com quite some time back. But finally, I have decided to not be a merely registered member and actually hang out here. After all, an ocean of knowledge is available here that I can tap into and perhaps even make a small contribution.

My name is Kaustubh Waghmare. I am PhD research scholar working in Pune in the area of Astrophysics and Astronomy. I love biking and the love of the same comes from my father and brother. My father possessed a 350cc Royal Enfield back in 1960s and 70s which he unfortunately had to sell due to various issues. He had modified the entire look of the bike. He drove long rides from Hyderabad to Pune and Aurangabad. It was this that attracted me to bikes.

I possess a Discover 150cc. (I have posted about it in the Ownership Manual thread as well.) I have been on long rides from Pune to Mumbai, Pune to Aurangabad and Pune to Mahabaleshwar. Hoping for many more long rides in the future.

Thanks to the moderators for doing the hard task of quality control of this entire forum. And thanks for having my aboard. Looking forward to my sojourn here.

Default Thanks

Hey...thanks! Yes, it is no coincidence that my bike is almost a year old. I joined around the time when I bought my bike. But just did not have anything to post, I guess one year experience behind me, I am now eager to try being wherever I can...
