20th Dec; Pre Auto-Expo G2G
Date: 20th December, 2009, Sunday
Time: 0800 Hours Venue: xBhp Dhaba Agenda: Auto Expo Discussion. We are organising this G2G for the discussion pertaining to the Auto Expo and the meets that are being discussed during that period. If guys could come having been through the Auto Expo G2G thread and are prepared, it would facilitate discussions. Since there are members coming from other states, a fruitful gathering and discussion could ease logistics during the actual meet. Seniors members' presence is solicited. This is not going to be a "General Chit chat" session. Nor will this be a biking meet. This will be to mostly discuss logistics and organisation. Junior members can also participate. We are announcing this sufficiently in advance for people to be present.
