The World Motorcycle Day is supposed to be on 14th May. On this occasion we will be gathering at the xBhp Dhabha (map below) at 6 AM in the morning and then riding out to the xBhp farm (a 10 kms ride) in a formation subdivided into two or three groups (depending on the number of motorcycles which turn up). Each group will be led by an experienced xBhp member, and he is never to be overtaken.

Adding to the general invite to all xBhp motorcyclists, this time we have a special invitation to all Suzuki big bikes owners in Delhi to come and join us. This invitation comes from xBhp because we have been given the Suzuki Big Bike Pair (Hayabusa and the Intruder) from Suzuki India to test for a couple of weeks.



Points to be Noted

Gathering Date : 16th May

Gathering Time : 6 AM

Gathering Venue: xBhp Dhabha, Qutab Institutional Area

Departure Time: 7 AM

Departure to : xBhp Farm, 10 kms away. Please DO NOT ask us direct directions or details about the farm. We will lead and wont entertain any such individual requests via PM or phone. So please come to the Dhabha as early as possible. We will depart at 7 AM sharp and wont wait for anyone.

Group System: to be more manageable on road the following is to be observed very strictly:

• Each group to have max of 15 bikes

• Groups to be led by Sunny (on Suzuki Hayabusa), Anurag (on Suzuki Intruder) and Old Fox (on Suzuki Intruder).

• Speed not to exceed 50kmph.

• Proper distance to be maintained, formation is not mandatory due to city conditions and narrow roads

• No overtaking

• No Stunts

• All riders should have helmets, gloves and riding gear would be excellent

• No underage riders (under 18).

• Everyone should have their papers in order

• Disclaimer: By attending and riding in this meet you agree to be liable and responsible for any damage caused to you by accident or damage caused by you to anyone else. xBhp will not be responsible in anywhich way.

• You must understand that xBhp promotes Safe Riding and best practices on road, and this is a meet to enable that

• You are most welcome to bring your better halves


Contributions from everyone required

Contribution 1: Everyone coming should be contributing in some way to make this meet better for everyone else. Therefore you will be required to bring some kind of eatable / drink (chilled) with you when you landup at the dhabha. Everything will be placed at a common place at the xBhp farm for everyone to enjoy. You can bring soft drinks, mineral water, chips, biscuits. Keep all these things with you until we reach the xBhp farm 10 kms away.

If you don’t bring anything to the dhabha in the morning it is fine, but it will good for the community spirit. It is high time everyone works together to make things happen rather than put everything on the mods, senior members and admins.

Contribution 2 : Also please everyone a favour and leave your personal differences and attitude at home. If you don’t like anyone’s behaviour, don’t blame it on xBhp, it’s your interpersonal skills at test and xBhp is not a school, and since you are 18+ take care of it with maturity on your own.

Contribution 3 : Besides getting stuff to eat we also want everyone to contribute by maintaining their proper speed and line on the road. We won’t babysit anyone about road etiquettes, anyone doing something like this will be asked to leave.

Why these kind of stuff is not held in Bangalore. At least we will be able to meet some Xbhpians in this way, and get to know each other.I think its a high time now..
May be Akhil Sir could lead the way for us...( IMHO)..
