club RPM : Week End g2g logs
HenceForth, I am starting a thread that will contain logs of our weekend g2g's...
This is being done because it won't be sensible to keep posting up separate topics for every weekend g2g.... Hope everybody understands..... Oct 31, 2004 Time:- around 4:30pm Bikes:- CBR929(splicer), BMW 650funduro, Kawa 440custom, 8 RD350's, some modded pulsars, modded cbz's, modded Laser and then stock pulsars, karizmas........and much more....making a total of 20+ bikes Log:- Well all got ready at the usual meet up place, and then Alll the bikers blasted on the roads in formation...... First to sarabha nagar market....Well, the place was swarming with crowd and cops too but LOL, all the cops got aside and gave us way, obviously flabbergasted by the noise all the revving engines..... Then after the crawl through the market and impressing everyone.....we proceeded to south city for some high speed blasts...on the way we all went in a formation and occupied the WHOLE of the highway....LOL, by now traffic was following us, We got all sorts of reactions....waves, thumbs up, people clapping, necks turning 360 degrees....LOL, well almost....!!! Then reach south city....then everyone one by one go full throttle to satisfy their speed bugs....well after lotsa 100+ kmph blasts, it's decided that we haven't had drags for a long time to come..... So, we decide to go to Basant Avenue(drag strip for us guys)...... On the way, we all go through the crowded Model Town Market(Think Sunny and BikeCrazy might remember this) .....lotsa engine revving, power wheelies by the RD guys(even in traffic) later we reach on a relatively clear road...again time to flex the horses and in no time the CBR is zooming towards horizon...the exhaust howl from the aftermarket Micron exhaust can shattering everyone's ear drums...... Ok so we reach basant avenue.....it was pitch black, with no street lights but no one was ready to go empty handed, not even the superbikers.... Quickly the guys stand at the intersections and block the all the traffic coming from/going to all the conneting roads..... IT'S TIME FOR DRAGS, BABY........ UPTO 150cc CLASS:- CBZ WINS UPTO 200cc CLASS:- PULSAR 180dtsi(was kinda expected) UPTO 250cc CLASS:- close fight between P180dtsi and Zma, but the Zma guy manages to win.... RD 350 ONLY DRAGS:- actually two drags were held for this class because there were 8 RD's alone....heck when these dragged, they made some serious sound.....close ur eyes and u would be forgiven for thinking that this was and SBK drag race.... Drag one won by black HT Drag two by blood-red LT then everyone's favourite:- OPEN CLASS:- CBR 929 won (exhaust howls from superbikers shattering the area) Then, victory wheelies by wining riders from every class....slowly everyone started participating and it turns into a full blown stunt session..... RD's impressed everyone with their ability to do really long power wheelies...but ofcourse the cake was taken by CBR...... time to come......lotsa maniacal driving later we reached sarabha nagar market and I got a call from my home....had to go for some imp. work.....so me and deadscary bid adieu to the group who still hadn't had enough....... whaw.. sounds really awesome i hope u have taken some pics for us.. possible please post the pics. and yeah a good writeup by you..

Any pics, videos ... Cant wait ot see 20+ bikes swarming up the hihgway.(in a group ofcourse).
