before finalising anything concerning our jan g2g and posting it as a official Xbhp G2G.. i thought it's better to make a concensus with regards to date, place , schedule etc etc... afterall i am sure we don't want the same blunders to happen.

ok, so what we have for the Jan G2G... after a dissapointin dec G2G.. 1 thing was sure, if we wanna drag we have to do it on private roads. so our dearest naveen came up with this proposal... a frnd of naveen, popularly known as terracan guy runs a estate construction sort of thing... so he has a approx 2 kms of pvt road in shankarpally, it's good 40 kms away from the KBR park. so all our wishes come true, we find a pvt ride to drag..

but u never know what might happen, so i request all of u to search for such areas... one of my and adil frnd sugreev, suggested another idea... in the outskirts of hyderabad.. the villages, u can throw some cash to the village head .. sarpanch and they'll block all the roads and we can drag.. so keep lookin for ideas.

now assumin all goes well and we head to shankarpalli...


Date: Jan 29th (Saturday)
Venue: KBR Park



8.00 AM - - - - - we all meet at KBR Park, the same place as our last 2 G2G's.
9.00 AM - - - - - we leave to SHANKARPALLI
11.00 AM - - - - - DRAG
2.00 PM - - - - - LUNCH (restaurent in shankarpalli !!! )
3.00 PM - -- - - we leave to KBR park
5.00 PM ------ da end



a few important issues...

members who have a camcorder or a handycam, please let me know at the earliest.

members who have a digicam , also confirm that they are goin to bring it to G2G...

if anyone has any influence with any of the local newspapers, an article of xbhp hyd would be higly appreciated

a contribbution fees of Rs XXX /- will be charged to cover the lunch expenses and also if anything remains... will go to Xbhp 2005 fund.

Great to find ur article here, I was searchin 4 it all over the db......Ok ppl, as Shiva(Prodigy) has told us, we r planning to schedule it on 29th, but its not confirmed as yet, we have a list of various options....

22nd Jan - Sat
23rd Jan - Sun

29th Jan - Sat
30th Jan - Sun


So, these are the list of possible dates n I'd request ppl to vote their best dates, so tht we can arrive at a conseus on one particular date.......

My preferred dates wud b 22/23rd (can't wait too long u see)....
Anyways, Shiva n me are also plannin to go to the proposed site n check out the roads n all that.....I already had a look at it, but want to show it to u guys.....so, if smone else is also willing to come along, we can go there together.....Shall also get sm snaps of the place if possible n post it up.....so, if anyone wants to tag along with us, u are vry much welcome......jst gimme a buzz on my cell or Shiva's or jst tell the same in this db.
