It breaks darkness like anything. But doesnt distract oncoming vehicles visibility as much as HID does.

BTW which route is best for chennai? Among many i found following two preferable:

1. Hyderabad -- Jadcherla -- Kurnool -- Nandiyal -- Cuddapah -- Rayachoti -- Pileru -- Chittor -- Ranipettai -- Chennai

2. Hyderabad -- Nagarjuna Sagar -- Piduguralla -- Narasaraopet --Chilakalurpet -- Ongole -- Nellore -- chennai

The first route can be ruled out...you can not find one good reason to opt for it.

The second route covers maximum on GQ, you can taste the speed....

I have an alertnative for you..

Hyd-jacherla-kurnool-nandiyal-cuddapah-renigunta-puttur-arakkonam-chennai.

Hyd-jacherla-kurnool-nandiyal-cuddapah-renigunta-Kalahasthi-and GQ to Chennai.

In the above mentioned route, our XBHP ians Cravikiran, Kriss and satish have rided in night till renigunta (tirupathi) ....
