How to convert from 1 Nomenclature to another:

3.00/18

Tyre width 3 Inches, Sidewall height 100% = 3 inches, Rim size 18 inch.

1 inch = 25.4 mm

Therefore

25.4 X 3 / 25.4 X 3 18

76.2/76.2 18

Rounded off 75/75/18.

Convert 100/90 18 to other nomenclature

Since the sidewall height is 90 % in this size and it is considered 100 % in other nomenclature, there cannot be a conversion, but tyre size would be close to

3.93 Inches tyre width/ 3.53 Inches Sidewall height

( 1mm = .0393 inches )

So that means wot we saw at Sign tyres was a 75/75/18.
