if you guys are planning to ride to ambur. you can head to yelagiri as it is close by. less than 100 kms from ambur and can be done in less than 2 hrs from there.

Up and down would come to ~450 Kms though (484 for me)...

I've heard that its in the town, enroute from Chennai toward Ambur; take the left exit before the Ambur town bridge.

@ amit: Accenture Buggers Lucky chap has someone in office to talk to about bikes. With the cornering you do, you neednt learn anything man..

@aargee: How many Kms have you clocked so far ganesh? You and sriram have a huge audience to satisfy here )

@sunil: No point in one single person fixing a location. Need inputs from all. My suggestions : Vellore for breakfast or Ambur for lunch or ECR for dinner :P

If I'm right, there is a place called Hameedia's or something of that sort where the biriyani is heavenly. Star is OK, but overpriced.

Hello All

My thoughts on coming weekend trip:

Will NOT be able to make it if it is Ambur.

Why not Vallakotai? Just a suggestion, remember we had discussion before Tri-State G2G? Practically nothing to see there but the road and peaceful environment would complement the morning ride. Let me know.

@Sunny:

You suggestion to meet up for dinner during week day will not workout for me due to office.
