HITEC MMTS g2g and ride to GMR Airport, Hyderabad
hey everyone ..
Was going to post this thread as soon as the ride happened .. but as the server crashed it wasnt possible ..  well here it is .. pics and a log coming in a while ...  a teaser pic ..

well that was mighty fast MG .. thanks ..
and here we go .. this g2g for Xbhp Hyderabad was one full of mixed happenings .. everyone had there share of excitement and disappointment .. all in all for everyone involved it was a wonderful g2g ...  it was the time when the Yamaha YZF R15 had started selling in Hyderabad and most of us in Hyderabad Xbhp were debating on who got the first R15 ... a few days went by and posts started flowing in on members acquiring R15s in the city .. so we said to ourselves .. why not have an R15 g2g .. the thread was started and almost all of hyderabad xbhp was ready to grace the R15 s presence .. after a lot of arguing laughing and reving of ideas .. we finally decided that it would be best to meet at a peaceful place as the R15s would be in there running in periods ..so we decided to meet at Hitec MMTS train station .. which has a huge parking lot which children normally use to play cricket .. now somewhere round the corner there was a fear that it wuold rain on the morning of the g2g .. and all the R15 owners had made it clear to us that RAIN = no R15s .. well they did stand by what they said though .. it did rain the following morning and evryone turned up except the R15s .. here is the riders list .. 1] Yachnit (Yachnit Sharma) - Unicorn 2] Sohaib (octane_42) - Unicorn 3] Sam (Sam92) - Apache RTR 160 4] Safi (pulsar180guy) - p180 5] Murtuza (murtuza_220) - p220 6] Satish (onlinesatish) - Apache RTR 160 7] Surya (surya_yzfr1) - p180 8] KP (HydBiker) - Esteem [cuz of rain] well we did have the satisfaction that we made this g2g possible .. here are some pics ...     the babes ...  lil boy: "i gotta get me one of these .... !! "  the p180 and the RTR 160 ..  Safi's p180 and its 'X' .. more is never enough ...  the brigade ..  the riders .. L-R : Murtuza,Sam,Surya,Satish,Yachnit,Sohaib.  L-R : Safi,Sam,Yachnit,Sohaib.  Murtuza next to his p220 ... no idea what Satish was trying to do ..  7 bikes .. and a tin box .. theres more to come ...........

I dont remember in which month we had this G2G........I think it was sometime in june. Riaz was supposed to turn up for this meet with his brand new R15. It was raining and he slpet very late the previous night....so he could'nt turn up for the meet!
@yachnit I did'nt think that u guys would be riding to the airport. Ravikiran turned up once u guys left. We all(me, surya, ravikiran, kp and mrs.kp) went to kukatpally and had our breakfast. ravi(ravi@17bhp) joined us in few mins. had a nice long chat with them. ravi's zma had some disc problem we were checking it out and then both ravi's went to get p220 cleaned and me and surya came back home....thts all!

 well .. we waited .. and waited .. and then waited some more .. but no R15 s .. so we gave up all hope and started thinking of what we should be doing for the rest of the day .. so someone [i dont remember who] suggested we go on a ride .. we asked the others and had evryone thinking .. finally Surya,Satish and KP decided to stay back cuz they had some work .. and the others decided to ride to GMR Airport .. here are the riders in the ride to GMR Airport .. 1] Sam (sam92) - RTR 160 2] Murtuza (murtuza_220) - p 220 3] Safi (pulsar180guy) - p180 4] Sohaib (octane_42) - Unicorn 5] Yachnit (Yachnit Sharma) - Unicorn 5 riders .. one airport .. the ride was awesome .. as soon as we reached the outer ring road .. we just let'em rip .. and went zooming to the airport .. the ride was quick .. and after we reached we thought to ourselves maybe we should have gone a bit slower .. what was interesting is what we found when we reached .. an abandoned van .. and if not that .. just see for urself where we found it ..  bad driving ,, more ppl need to join Xbhp .. and learn how to ride safe ......  Sam trying a burnout in vain ..  Uncle Sam gives up ..   over the edge ..     posse boys ..  crash and burn .. Sohaib's First Edition Unicorn ..

anna i dont understand y u dont use ur brain.......that omni van was off roading and was taking some rest! try to understand other vechiles intention too i dont see some of the pics....upload them soon! looks like uncle jam was trying to learn burnout on safi's bike
