Coming all alone from there? How are you planning to get there?

Suggestions are welcome.

Mostly will ride down to Blr. Get serviced / oil change @ Venkat's then proceed to Chennai and same way back. Perhaps will get bike delivered home by Gati on way back or so!

What changes/removals need to be done before we take the bikes on track. Does the front crash guard have to be removed for sure ? Cos' my bike lands straight on the front fairing even if i slide off (this i know from experience), can't spend another 1.5k straight on changing the front assembly if i happen to crash again.

crash guards are strictly not allowed on the track. How do the R15s and SBKs run without a crashguard then?

There wont be any assistance unless you help yourself by bringing your tools and stuffs.

No one at the track forces you to removed the crash guard if its installed! For that matter even taping the headlights!

Taping the headlight is mandatory but no-one bothers to check on that. Also crashguards as per FMSCI rules are to be removed mandatory, however for a trackday no-body is gonna stop you. If its a race, you have to compulsory remove your side/main stand, crash guard, indicators, chain covers etc.

Well that is basically due to the fact that if in case of crash on the track...the glass pieces are not scattered on the surface
