Date :- 14th - 15th March 2009 (Sat-Sunday).

Time :-4:00 AM (i know it's bit early but want to spend the whole day properly, because we have only 2 days to enjoy)

LEAVING TIME :- 4:00 A.M. WE WILL NOT WAIT FOR LATE COMERS

Meeting Point :- xBhp Lane

Destination :- CHAIL

TOTAL K.M. :- who cares????

A much needed long trip as discussed in Karnal G2G.

INSTRUCTIONS :-

1) WEAR HELMET DURING THE WHOLE RIDE.(PILLION ALSO)
2) RIDER MUST HAVE ALL THE NECESSARY DOCUMENTS i.e. DL,R/C,PUC,INSURANCE.
3) NO DRAGS , NO OVERTAKING.
4) RIDE IN PROPER GROUP FORMATION.
5)KEEP UR HEADLIGHTS ON DURING THE RIDE.
6)SENIOR MEMBERS WILL LEAD THE GROUP SO ALL THE OTHER RIDERS WILL FOLLOW THEM.

Chail has already been the destination for one overnight G2G and it was a real nice one.

@Sherry: Have you discussed with the members who are majorly interested in this ride, whether they would be free on the dates you have mentioned (especially 7th March - Saturday)? I hope you have done your home-work.

Moreover, what about the accomodation options at Chail? I do not think there are many hotels available there. There is this one guest house where we stayed when we all went which was really good. What if the group cannot find any accomodation there!? Then what would be 'Plan B'?

One last thing that I would like to mention here is if anyone does not have their proper vehicle paper(s) with them, please get it ASAP! It could be the RC, the insurance papers or the PUC certificate. Please make sure everyone has each and every document in place. Before starting off for the ride, each and every document of each riders present should be thoroughly checked and anyone found lacking in any of the above document(s) must be promptly asked to leave. No compromises on that front.

Total Distance from Delhi to Chail - 352 odd kms.
Total Time - 9-10 hours.

Taking that time frame into consideration, if the group starts positively by 4:30am max, Chail must be in the vicinity by 3pm or thereabouts. Anyhow, let's see how this thread progresses.

Ah yes, I do remember. We took quite a number of butt and photography breaks, we played around in that small flowing stream that we came across in Kandaghat (if I remember the place correctly), and we rode around in a wonderful leisurely pace (which was really awesome).

Anyhow, we had a wonderful time at the bonfire anyways, which really compensated for the lost time, eh Torquey!?

Yes we had hell lot of fun, I still remember each and every thing of that trip

LP the strength looks very good. Do also try an book rooms early so that you guys don't face any issue of accommodation.

7-8th March is a little too far for me to confirm as of now.

Let's see. I would only be able to confirm by the last week of February atleast.
