Here is a basic list of xBhp forum etiquettes. Please do not compare xBhp.com with other clubs, forums as we believe each one has it's own individual characteristics.
- Introduce yourself : If you are a xBhp registered member ( How do I register ? ) and have not yet introduced yourself please do so now in the "Who Are you ? " section. ( How do I post a new thread ? )
- Be polite : Do you think that you understand a particular subject better? It could be, but it does not give you the right to belittle someone / mock at someone who doesnt have that kind of knowledge. You would rather share your knowledge with him in polite way. Any instances of personal attacks will be dealt with an Infraction point. ( See Etiquette Checkers sub - heading below. )
- Question the Administrtion of xBhp.com: Every member has the right to question the xBhp.com moderators / admins to anything that they think is unfair. But it cannot be done by starting off in the thread concerned. That would be considered as flaming and going Off topic. Please use Private Messaging to get in touch with a moderator or use the Contact form. The moderators and administrators are not paid to keep the forums clean and therefore are answerable to no one, hoewever they will answer if you ask them politely. Any such instances of public / private attacks on xBhp.com moderators will lead to an Infraction. ( See Etiquette Checkers sub - heading below. )
- Inappropriate Language : This includes double meaning phrases, explicit phrases phrases ( whether slang or nor ) , personal attacks. These will most probably result in a ban infraction altogether . ( See Etiquette Checkers sub - heading below. )
- Slang / SMS Language : You may think you read cool with that kind of language but is a big pain to read and decipher this kind of language on the forums. This will lead to a warning infraction followed by awarding of actual infraction point which can render your account locked for a few days. ( See Etiquette Checkers sub - heading below. )
- Shoutbox usage : The shoutbox can be used to quickly get in touch with someone else online on xBhp. It is not a subsitute for Yahoo messenger and other such services. Keep out the double meaning talk and obscenity of the SHoutBox or prepare for an Infraction. ( See Etiquette Checkers sub - heading below. )
- 3rd Party website / group publicity : We know that everyone wants its group to grow. So do we. xBhp is platform to discuss anything about bikes and not publicize incessantly. That is why xBhp.com will allso promoting one's self ( be he from another group ), but promotion of a group is not allowed on xBhp.com because it can lead to group wars and flaming. All other group admins are requested to deal with their site / group policies as they want to. For example : if you are from another group you cans till promote your talent on xBhp, but please keep your group's name aside. This will lead to delete / editing of the posts and possible infraction of the poster in case repeated intentionaly.
EXCEPTIONS : Referring to any 3rd party URL which enhances the information in a thread is allowed. However the target URL group ./ website ( including xBhp ) should be comfortable with it too, otherwise the link will be removed on reporting to us.
- Signature Images : Please keep your signature images within decent sizes ( 600 x 120 ). Also no text which lead to flaming or disgracing of any individual / community will be allowed.

Forum Etiquettes : Infractions
Infractions are messages which are given to members if they do not behave as expected by the forum etiquettes. The infractions can be a warning or can be awarded as a point. Infraction can result in just a text warming message in the PM Inbox of the member or it can lead to account lockage for a few days or a permanent ban. Infraction can be awarded to members by moderators and administrators. The infractions listed to members are displayed below theie avatars in posts. If a member has to challenge any infraction he can do so via PM. Public attacks on moderators and admins are not tolerated and might lead to further infractions.
