Then i would love to post my experience with honda dealership... I already posted it in another thread... I am reposting it herehere it goes
when i went for cbr test ride, they said test drive available only after booking for 5k... And too arrogantly... No one didn't even bother to attend me for the entire15mins i was there... I was the one who kept on seeking for some details. Not one person seem to bother. Very arrogant company... And i rode my tvs flame to the showroom...and finally when they attended me askd me if i could afford a cbr150 since i own a flame....i did abuse them for that, exchanged bad abusive words and left the showroom angrily and banged hard on their gate with my helmet...i wont go to that showroom ever... The same day i went to ktm for some details and man...i was impressed...they came rushing, was polite, gave me a bottle of7up, gave explanations about the bike even after i told them that i wont buy it...just came to have a look and a test drive to see how good it is... The girl even offered me 25k for my bike...she was just casually talking to me bout thebike, the finance schemes, about maintenance and all... Then i told her about what i went through in the honda showroom and evryone started laughing... Then a guy from the countertold that sir we already had several costomers who booked the duke after having bad experience with honda...then i took a test ride and when i was leaving, the girl gave her cell number and told to contact her if i am ever interested in the bike and she'll make sure so that i get it early... Now coming to topic..i dont care about honda, yamaha, or bajaj or ktm...only thing i care is how i am treated for being their premium costomer....and in this department bajaj is the best..they are very focused on aftersales and spares. Even yamaha is very gud...bt honda doesn't care about their customers...another company with pooraftersales and spares issue is tvs..atleastin kolkata...the poorest service... My friend's dad has a eterno. Earlier he got gud service but now its opposite. Even brake lever is not available for more than a month...
Anyway, Overdrive covered the CBR15R and aired their impression in their TV episode today.
They said that the handling was better than the CBR250R. But wasn't impressed by the engine and its lack of torque.. said that the R15 performs better.. and yes also did mention the Stunner like switches.

as expected...and why is evreryone telling stunner like switches....stunner is still better...they should say switchgear of splendor and cb twister...as somebody mentioned earlier that splendor have the same switches.... Only advantage in cbr is riding comfort and pillion seat... Maybe it smokes a r15 in straightline but to extract that power we have to rev it to the moon and make more noice pollution...u also get marked by people and cops if you rev it so hard... Moreover reving a bike at high rpms on public roads is dangerous and not advisable...and it also damages the engine in the long run... This bike is not a standalone product but its an alternative to r15... And some guy was saying bout dohc vs sohc.. Who needs a dohc in our roads...honda should have opted for sohc and spent the rest of the money on reducing the weight, improving quality, give better switches and remaing money for atleast a pass light... I heard this bike doesn't even have a o-ring chain....is that true? Then add better chain too...the footpegs even looks cheap...
And sorry, things cannot be said in a more polite manner than said above... Reason: the way i was treated at the honda showroom and after hearing so many bad experience of the 250r... If honda dont care of 250r owners i wonder what care they will take of 150 owners...
And guys who love the cbr, enjoy your ride and rev it hard till 11.5k rpm and try to catch up...
Cheers!

sorry to hear about your bad experience at Honda Dealership, but we are not discussing it here on this thread.
This thread is dedicated to the CBR150r review, let us stick to the topic.
(Been There Done That) x 3.25
hows the refinement? is it better then R15 v2 ?
Don't Honk Unnecessarily
I have seen people saying i am not a fan boy and they will say hey buy this.. or buy that.....
if you are not really a fan boy then should advice them to take a test drive and decide.
The best way is to do TD
We cannot compare if we have not tried both.
blaming on switch etc was there even when CBR250R was released but now all gone and 250 has become a good bike..
A simple advice is to do Test drive and find the faults.. and you are the best judge to decide what you want..
I am not payed by Honda to say this but i am a HONDA FanY ? I feel heart of a person and engine of a bike is more important than the looks...

just want to add that i respect your feelings coz you love honda...even i am not a honda hater...but what matters more is not brand but aftersales support... Anyways coming to your test drive point...what if a showroom denies you a test drive because you dont have a decent bike...? Come on yaar i really dont care who the manufacture is...all i want is a complete product...not an incomplete one... But yes i still trust honda's reliability more than any other company... Its bullet proof...![]()
