I had CBR650, ER-6N and 600i shortlisted. But I read few articles where the 600i is made in Chinese and branded as Benelli since its part of QJ owned. Yeah, Like you said, If the guys who tested these bikes can confirm, I am on for 600i assuming it will be priced aggressively to Honda and Kawasaki

Benelli 600I is quite a looker sans the headlights. Also an inline 4 at this price range will be very very competitive. If DSK plays its cards right this could be gamechanger for them.

They are already doing great with Hyosung, and will look to replicate the success with Benelli. Personally I am eagerly looking forward to the response these bikes generate.

Same bro...Only reason I chose 600i , it is an I-4, compared to 3 cylinder of 899. But yeah, pricing matters, DSK had not too huge success with Hyosung, But they did very well for the first time. So I guess, They will make it better this time.

Looks like none is interested in 600GT, but to me its ticks all the boxes . Inline four, dual projectors, 27-litre tank and panniers sound perfect to me.

How would be the reliability and serviceability of the machines is something that we need to see and DSK Bangalore doesn't have a good history so for me its wait and watch.

Reliability is anyones guess. But if I have to compare Hyosung with Benelli I will say based on the first ride the Benelli's felt much better in every aspect

Thank you Sir for this confirmation. When launched, I will will go ahead and book this without a doubt, But one more question for you. Sorry sir...

Is there enough low-end torque, since the RPM on paper are at higher end when compared to ER-6N which gives 6.5Kgm at 8.5k rpm, where as 600i gives just 5.3 kgm at close to 10.5k rpm. Did you feel any difference , I mean when WOT from 6th at 50kph, does it have enough punch to pull the vehicle or is a downshift required.. ??

With the Triumph case now surfaced where reportedly the Indian segments of ST, bonnie and Daytona are significantly de-tuned. 600i is emerging as the most powerful in its class.

This makes it a sure winner among people who are searching for a SBK in this range.

Btw Archer, how much would you be
willing to pay for it. What should be the price according to the consumer such as us?

Being as CKD, I am expecting this in a price range from 5.5 - 6L OTR. Which to me is pretty decent pricing for an I-4 600cc mill. I wouldn't go beyond that since the bikes comes without ABS (not even as option). If the pricing is beyond 6L, I would rather put my money on Honda CBR650F, which is again a I-4 and comes with ABS as standard. I personally didn't like the CB650F.

600GT seems like a perfect touring machine. As the ride reports put it, linear power delivery, huge tank capacity makes it just perfect.

The front view looks really intimidating. A himalayan tour is a must if I ever get one these

I must say bike looks real stunning. You were so fast, you just zoomed away in traffic with zig zag zoommmmmm.. I saw one with twin silencer, could`t spot another.
That was PowerDrift crew. They filmed the review at Lavasa
