Technology and rider control

The KTM 200 Duke brings race-inspired technology through Ride-by-Wire for electronic throttle control and a bi-directional Quickshifter for clutchless upshifts and downshifts. Two Ride Modes, Street and Rain, allow riders to adapt power delivery to riding conditions, while Traction Control helps manage rear-wheel traction. The updated TFT display allows riders to manage Traction Control, Ride Modes and the Quickshifter through the instrument interface. The Crawl Assist feature is particularly useful in city traffic to reduce rider fatigue in stop-and-go conditions.

Performance and Hardware

The KTM 200 Duke delivers 25 PS of peak power and a class-leading power-to-weight ratio in the 200cc street-naked segment. It features 43 mm WP USD front forks, a wider 150-section rear tyre and a 320 mm front brake rotor. The larger forks and wider tyre give it a sharper, more aggressive stance.



New colours

The KTM 200 Duke introduces two new colour options. Liquid Carbon brings an all-black finish to the model for the first time, while Slate Grey offers a contrasting look. Together, the new colours reinforce the motorcycle’s aggressive streetfighter identity.

The updated 1200 triple engine now produces 158 PS, with more torque available from low engine speeds for a reduced crawl speed and smoother low-speed performance. Revisions to the engine, gearbox and shaft drive further improve tractability and refinement.



The most sophisticated semi-active suspension ever fitted to a Triumph motorcycle, SHOWA EERA HEIGHTFLEX® semi-active suspension offers three selectable damping settings: firm, Medium and Soft. An automatic ride height function automatically lowers the seat by 30mm as the motorcycle comes to a stop, delivering feet-flat confidence without compromising the commanding riding position on the move. Combined with the two-position seat adjustment and the new low seat, which is standard in some markets and available as an accessory in others, the seat height can be reduced to 790mm. The same system reduces the effort required to put the motorcycle onto its centre stand, with Centre Stand Assist temporarily increasing preload as the stand is deployed.

Spacious ergonomics, redesigned seats and comprehensive luggage capability complete the package across the GT Pro and Rally Explorer models. Pro models retain a 20-litre fuel tank, while Explorer models retain the 30-litre tank for extended range between fuel stops.

Both models now use a 19-inch front and 17-inch rear wheel combination with 200mm of suspension travel. Cast aluminium wheels give the GT a sporty, road-biased character, while the Rally’s side-laced spoked wheels provide a more rugged, off-road-ready set-up. The Tiger’s lightweight chassis improves agility, while high-spec Brembo Stylema brakes provide the stopping power.

A new Bosch 7-inch HD touchscreen introduces Apple CarPlay® and Android Auto, supported by new switchgear and an integrated cooled phone compartment with USB-C charging. Front and rear radar, developed in partnership with Bosch, enable a new suite of Advanced Rider Assistance Systems (ARAS), including Adaptive Cruise Control, Group Ride Assist, Forward Collision Warning, Riding Distance Assist, Emergency Brake Assist, Blind Spot Assist and Rear Distance Warning. Together, these intelligent features work as a seamless network to enhance rider awareness, anticipation and control.



The Tiger 1200’s commanding stance and unmistakable style are now more dynamic and contemporary, with redesigned bodywork including a revised fuel tank, radiator cowls, beak and windscreen, together with a powerful, compact Adaptive LED Cornering Headlight.

Chief Product Officer for Triumph Motorcycles Steve Sargent said: “This is a real step change for the Tiger 1200. It’s more powerful, more accessible and more advanced, but most importantly, it’s brilliant fun to ride. Our customers are asking for top-tier technology, but they want it to be intuitive and unobtrusive, so that’s exactly what we’ve set out to deliver.

“We’ve worked with the best technology partners in the business to get this right. We’re the first manufacturer to fully implement SHOWA EERA HEIGHTFLEX®, and one of the first to validate Apple CarPlay and Android Auto specifically for motorcycle use. Our engineers have worked closely with Bosch to develop the radar technology specifically for Triumph motorcycles and to enhance the riding experience. We’ve also made big changes to the chassis and refined the engine, and customers will really feel the difference when they ride the bike.”

CONTINENT-CRUSHING CAPABILITY

At the heart of the new Tiger 1200 is the latest evolution of Triumph's 1200 T-Plane triple engine, now producing 158 PS at 9,250 rpm, an increase of 8 PS, with peak torque lower in the rev range. A redesigned cylinder head, new pistons, lighter inlet and exhaust valves, more precise fuel injection and a freer-flowing exhaust improve combustion efficiency and gas flow, while revised first, second and third gear ratios put more torque to the road.

Refinement has also been a major focus. Updates to the crankshaft and balancer shaft optimise rotating mass within the engine, while revised camshaft profiles introduce more progressive valve opening. The six-speed gearbox and shaft drive have also been refined for quieter, smoother operation, more precise gear selection and cleaner transitions between acceleration and deceleration.



Long-distance capability remains central to the Tiger 1200. Pro models retain a 20-litre fuel tank, while Explorer models retain a 30-litre tank, with the low-maintenance shaft drive reducing the need for regular chain cleaning and adjustment. Revised ergonomics and redesigned rider and pillion seats, now with 10mm thicker foam, improve comfort, while heated rider and pillion seats and three-stage heated grips are standard across the range.

FAST, FUN AND ENGAGING

For the new generation, the Tiger 1200 moves to a 19-inch front and 17-inch rear wheel combination across both models, paired with 200mm of suspension travel front and rear, giving the whole range a more road-biased set-up while retaining off-road capability.

Updated SHOWA EERA HEIGHTFLEX semi-active suspension introduces three selectable damping settings, Firm, Medium and Soft, which can be changed using a dedicated suspension button without altering the other riding settings. A new hydraulic secondary bump stop provides additional control on more demanding terrain.

The 49 mm forks are paired with a monoshock rear suspension unit featuring automatic self-levelling preload adjustment, maintaining ride height and geometry whether riding solo, two-up or fully loaded. Using real-time inputs from multiple sensors, including a six-axis Inertial Measurement Unit (IMU), the system continuously adjusts compression and rebound damping to keep the motorcycle composed over uneven surfaces and under braking.

The Tiger 1200 retains its lightweight chassis construction and Tri-Link swingarm, which integrates the shaft drive within a rigid aluminium structure to support stability and precise handling feedback. Brembo Stylema® brakes with a Magura HC1 radial master cylinder are also retained, while the latest generation Triumph Shift Assist provides faster, smoother clutchless shifts up and down the six-speed gearbox.

There are up to eight riding modes depending on model: Road, Rain, Eco, Sport and Off-road, two configurable Rider modes, plus Off-road Pro on Rally versions. The modes tailor throttle response, ABS, Traction Control and engine braking, while Off-road modes can now be selected while the motorcycle is moving.

ACCESSIBLE SEAT HEIGHT AND NEXT-GEN CONNECTIVITY

The SHOWA EERA HEIGHTFLEX® automatic ride height function uses hydraulically controlled semi-active suspension to automatically lower the seat by 30mm as the motorcycle comes to a stop. The system monitors speed and braking, reducing rear suspension pressure to provide the same reduction in seat height whether riding solo, two-up or carrying luggage. As the motorcycle pulls away, the optimum ride height is restored within seconds.



A two-position seat mechanism provides a further 20mm of adjustment, while the new low seat reduces seat height by an additional 20mm. With the low seat fitted and the automatic ride height function active, the Tiger 1200 can achieve a seat height of just 790mm at a standstill. The low seat is standard in selected markets and available as an accessory in others.

SHOWA EERA HEIGHTFLEX® also supports a new Centre Stand Assist function. As the centre stand is deployed, the suspension temporarily increases preload, raising the rear of the motorcycle and reducing the effort required to lift the bike onto the stand, even when fully laden.

The updated 1200 triple also delivers more torque from very low engine speeds which, along with revised primary and final-drive ratios, reduce crawl speed by 6 km/h, providing more precise control during tight manoeuvres and slow-moving traffic.

Connectivity takes a significant step forward with a new Bosch 7-inch high-definition TFT touchscreen, featuring wireless Apple CarPlay® and Android Auto compatibility for navigation, music and messaging applications. The system can be operated through the touchscreen at speeds below 2 km/h, through the switch cubes while riding, or using voice control via Siri for iPhone and Google Gemini for Android Auto. A compatible Bluetooth headset is required to unlock the full benefits of Apple CarPlay® and Android Auto.

A new waterproof phone compartment integrated into the top of the fuel tank includes a USB-C connection providing up to 3A/15W charging, with airflow channels and an automatically controlled cooling fan helping to manage device temperature.

After dark, a new adaptive LED projector headlight sequentially activates additional integrated LED elements at 15 and 30 degrees of lean to illuminate the inside of a bend. An electric motor automatically adjusts beam level to compensate for changes in suspension height, while backlit switch cubes maintain clear visibility of the controls.

The new 7-inch display has an IP6K9K dust and waterproof rating, with optically bonded anti-glare glass and automatic brightness adjustment designed to maintain visibility across changing conditions.

CUTTING-EDGE RIDER AIDS

The new Tiger 1200 introduces front and rear Bosch radar and a new suite of Advanced Rider Assistance Systems (ARAS) developed in partnership with Bosch. The systems are designed to enhance rider awareness, anticipation and control while allowing the rider to determine how individual functions support them.

Adaptive Cruise Control maintains the selected speed or following distance to the vehicle ahead using throttle and braking inputs. Comfort and Dynamic modes allow the rider to tailor its response, while Overtake Assist prepares for a passing manoeuvre when the indicator is activated and the blind spot is clear. Curve Speed Control can reduce speed through longer turns in Comfort mode, while Group Ride Assist uses radar to maintain an appropriate gap according to speed and the position of motorcycles ahead. A separate Dynamic Cruise Control mode can simply maintain the rider's selected speed, using the throttle, engine braking and brakes.

The front radar also enables Riding Distance Assist, Emergency Brake Assist and Forward Collision Warning. Riding Distance Assist helps prevent the motorcycle drifting too close to the vehicle ahead by limiting acceleration and, where required, applying braking.

Emergency Brake Assist can increase brake pressure when a potential collision is detected during heavy braking, while Forward Collision Warning provides an on-screen alert followed by a haptic pulse through the rear brake pedal if the gap continues to close. At the rear, Blind Spot Assist monitors vehicles within the rider's blind zone or approaching rapidly from behind, providing warnings through lights on the mirrors. Rear Distance Warning alerts the rider when a vehicle is following too closely.

These new radar-based functions work alongside the Tiger 1200's Optimised Cornering ABS and Traction Control, which use wheel-speed information and data from the six-axis IMU to make adjustments to brake pressure and engine torque according to lean angle and speed.

COMMANDING CHARACTER

The new Tiger 1200 retains its distinctive adventure-bike proportions, with redesigned bodywork giving the latest generation a sharper, more contemporary appearance. A restyled fuel tank and radiator cowls create a more muscular upper profile, while the redesigned beak and windscreen give the front end a cleaner, more streamlined shape.

The new compact LED projector headlight incorporates adaptive cornering functionality, while a new DRL ensures a distinctive Tiger light signature is retained, and separate LED marker lights increase daytime presence. At the rear, multifunction LED units integrate the indicators and tail-lights, removing the need for a conventional central rear light for a cleaner finish.

Exposed sections of the frame reinforce the Tiger 1200's purposeful design, while the two wheel styles give the GT and Rally models their own character. GT models use cast aluminium wheels for a sportier, more road-biased appearance, while Rally models use side-laced spoked wheels for a more rugged, off-road-focused look.

TWO CHOICES. ONE INSTANTLY RECOGNISABLE TIGER

The new Tiger 1200 is available in 2 models in India: GT Pro and Rally Explorer, both sharing a high common level of specification but offering different combinations of wheels, fuel capacity and off-road equipment. GT models feature cast aluminium wheels, while Rally models use side-laced spoked wheels and add Off-road Pro Riding Mode, engine protection and an adjustable folding brake pedal. Pro models have a 20-litre fuel tank, while Explorer models increase capacity to 30 litres and add a Tyre Pressure Monitoring System, their own lower engine bars and handlebars positioned 10mm higher and 10mm wider than the Pro models. Rally Explorer also adds upper engine bars.

The two models each have their own colour choices. GT Pro is available in Sapphire Black or Aluminium Silver/Pacific Blue and Rally Explorer in Ash Grey/Sapphire Black or Matt Khaki Green.

GOING THE DISTANCE

The new Tiger 1200 combines long-distance capability with the highest specification yet offered on a Triumph large-capacity adventure motorcycle. A 16,000 km service interval, low-maintenance shaft drive and Triumph’s global dealer network are designed to keep riders on the road, wherever the journey takes them.

A comprehensive range of Genuine Triumph Accessories allows riders to tailor the Tiger 1200 to their needs, with luggage, protection, comfort and technology options.

For longer trips, the Evo luggage system, developed in partnership with GIVI, increases load-carrying capacity while maintaining confident handling when fully loaded. A key addition is the new 58-litre twin-helmet top box, providing significantly increased capacity alongside the existing 42-litre option. Constructed from durable aluminium and available in silver or anodised black, both top boxes can be fitted with an optional backrest pad for added pillion comfort. Matching panniers feature easy-access openings and optional waterproof inner bags, while Trekker touring luggage options are also available.

EICMA 2025 marked the beginning of TVS Motor's European growth journey. Since then, the company has focused on establishing the foundations for long-term success, building its dealer network, after-sales capabilities and customer support infrastructure across key markets.

In Italy, its first European market, TVS now works with around 100 dealers. Sales in Italy have grown by 110% over the past year, significantly outpacing overall market growth of around 10% and reflecting strong customer acceptance of the brand.

Expanding further within Europe, the company is establishing its own national sales companies, with operations in Italy being quickly followed by France and Germany, where TVS dealerships will open soon. Powertrain and Technology Upgrades

The Pulsar NS200 builds on its proven performance credentials, anchored by its perimeter frame and Naked Sports DNA. Its 199.5 cc, 4-valve, liquid-cooled engine is paired with a six-speed transmission. Aprilia Racing’s history of racing successes is closely linked to Phillip Island. On the blisteringly fast and spectacular Australian circuit, Aprilia Racing has secured no fewer than ten victories across the various classes of the MotoGP World Championship, not to mention those achieved in the Superbike World Championship with the legendary RSV4. The MotoGP victory secured on the same circuit in 2025 by rider Raúl Fernández on the RS-GP enabled Aprilia to reach the historic milestone of 300 wins in the World Motorcycle Championship, making it the most successful European manufacturer in the history of this event.

The Aprilia RS 660 Phillip Island Tribute is a limited-edition model, and features a striking livery designed exclusively for this model, as well as a passenger seat cover included as standard equipment. It is the only motorcycle to offer such an advanced suite of electronic controls: the latest-generation aPRC system includes traction control, wheelie control, engine braking control, cornering ABS and engine mapping managed by the Ride-by-Wire electronic throttle control, all of which are adjustable to meet the rider’s needs on the track and make road journeys safe and enjoyable.

The electronic features are completed by launch control, a bidirectional electronic gearbox and cruise control system. Also fitted as standard is the six-axis inertial platform, which enables the controls to operate at their best.

The 660 cc, four-valve, front-mounted twin-cylinder engine – a compact and lightweight latest-generation model – achieves record performance for a twin-cylinder engine of this capacity, delivering 105 HP at 10,400 rpm and 70 Nm of torque at 8,400 rpm (although a version with power limited to 35 kW is also available).

The Benelli TRK 552 & TRK 552X will be available at authorised Benelli Keeway dealerships across India from 22nd October 2026. The two motorcycles have been developed around distinct riding propositions. The TRK 552 is designed for riders who predominantly explore paved roads and undertake long-distance touring, while the TRK 552X extends the platform's adventure capability with spoke wheels, greater ground clearance and a more off-road-oriented wheel and tyre configuration, similar to its predecessors, the TRK 502 and TRK 502X.

Building on the TRK's established touring DNA, the new generation combines a 554cc liquid-cooled parallel-twin engine with enhanced chassis hardware, upgraded rider technology and a comprehensive suite of touring-focused features. The new powerplant delivers 52 bhp at 8,500 rpm and 49 Nm of torque at 6,500 rpm. The engine is paired with a six-speed transmission and slipper clutch, giving riders a combination of strong performance and smoother control during downshifts.

The updated TRK platform also introduces a more comprehensive rider interface, featuring a 5-inch TFT display, Bluetooth connectivity, navigation and T-BOX connectivity, bringing greater functionality into the cockpit. For riders who see touring as more than simply covering distance, the new TRK 552 and TRK 552X bring together technology, comfort and capability to make the journey itself an integral part of the experience.

Speaking on the launch, Mr Vikas Jhabakh, Managing Director, Benelli India, said, “The TRK name has become synonymous with the spirit of touring and exploration, and the new TRK 552 and TRK 552X take that philosophy into a new generation. We have focused on the aspects like performance, comfort, control, technology and versatility, which matter most to riders who travel long distances. With the new 554cc engine, upgraded chassis components, connected features and enhanced touring equipment, the new TRK 552 family is designed to give riders the freedom to explore further, whether their journey stays on the highway or takes them beyond it.”

The new TRK 552 and TRK 552X have been developed around a tubular steel trellis frame and aluminium swingarm, complemented by a 50 mm Marzocchi USD front fork and a preload-adjustable rear mono shock. The suspension combination is designed to provide stability and allow riders to tailor the motorcycle's setup according to the riding conditions and load. Braking performance comes from twin 320 mm floating front discs and a 260 mm rear disc, supported by Bosch dual-channel ABS.

The updated TRK range receives a significant technology upgrade centred around its 5-inch TFT instrument cluster. The system incorporates Bluetooth connectivity and navigation, essential for route planning, turn-by-turn directions, ofline navigation, smartphone integration and trackback functionality. Both the variants come equipped with a Tyre Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS), providing riders with tyre-pressure information and alerts when abnormal pressure is detected. The result is a cockpit designed to put essential information and connected functionality directly within the rider's field of view, while retaining the practical focus expected of a long-distance adventure motorcycle.

Long-distance comfort is a defining element of the new TRK 552 family. Both motorcycles feature heated grips and a heated seat, along with newly designed double-threaded seats with additional padding. An adjustable handlebar allows riders to customise their riding position, while newly designed hand guards provide additional protection for the hands. The 20-litre fuel tank further supports the motorcycles' touring intent, while the combination of rider-focused ergonomics and comfort is designed to reduce fatigue over longer journeys.

While the TRK 552 and TRK 552X share their core engine, brakes, electronics and comfort package, their chassis configurations reflect different riding priorities. The TRK 552 is equipped with 17-inch aluminium alloy wheels, with 120/70ZR17 Pirelli front and 160/60ZR17 Pirelli rear tyres. Its 190 mm ground clearance and 835 mm seat height are configured around road-focused touring, offering a balance between long-distance capability and everyday usability.

The TRK 552X takes the platform further into adventure territory with spoke wheels, a 19-inch front wheel and 17-inch rear wheel, and Metzeler 110/80R19 front and 150/70R17 rear tyres. The weekend marked Jaden's first experience competing in the Moto4 European Championship environment and riding an ETC-spec motorcycle. The focus was on adapting to the bike, improving lap times, understanding the competition, and gaining familiarity with the championship's technical and sporting demands.

Friday was dedicated to learning the motorcycle and building pace. Saturday brought an early setback when Jaden crashed during Free Practice. The team at F. Koch Rennsport worked quickly to repair the bike, enabling him to return to the track for the final ten minutes of the session.



Following suspension adjustments during the break, Jaden made significant progress in qualifying, recording a personal best lap of 1:48.03 in just his fourth session on the ETC-spec bike.

Although he did not qualify for the race, the weekend represented an important learning opportunity in his development as he prepares for the next stage of his European racing career. The experience also allowed him to assess his performance against ETC riders and reconnect with former coaches and friends in the paddock.

The Misano outing has provided Jaden and his team with a clearer understanding of the areas requiring further development ahead of the 2027 season. Winter preparations will focus on physical fitness, riding technique, consistency, and race craft.



Jaden's appearance in the championship follows a successful 2026 ADAC Junior Cup campaign, in which he secured the overall title, establishing another milestone in his ambition to progress through the European motorcycle racing pathway towards the MotoGP paddock.

The team will now focus on an intensive winter training programme, with the objective of returning stronger and better prepared for the challenges ahead.



Jaden Immanuel said:

“It was exciting to take on this new challenge after winning the ADAC Junior Cup. Every session taught me something new about the bike and the level of competition. Even though I didn't qualify for the race, setting a personal best of 1:48.03 in just my fourth session on the bike was encouraging. This experience has given us valuable clarity for 2027. Now it's time to work hard over the winter and come back stronger.”

Jaden thanked F. Koch Rennsport for its support throughout the weekend and acknowledged the continued encouragement of his partners and supporters.

Powertrain and Technology Upgrades

The N250SS delivers 25 PS of power and 22 Nm of torque, up from 24.5 PS and 21.5 Nm on the existing N250, with the six-speed gearbox replacing the earlier five-speed unit. A New Decal, Built Around a Rev Counter

The Revv graphic runs a cluster of fine parallel lines across the crown and down toward the visor, a shape meant to echo the sweep of a rev counter needle. It sits against sharp angular panels in contrasting tones, with the SMK wordmark carried along the sides of the shell and the Agnar name picked out along the chin bar. The six colourways split this same graphic across gloss and matte finishes, moving from a dark base with a single bright accent in orange, red or blue, to a lighter grey or white base for riders who want a more restrained look.

Built on Two Shell Sizes

While standard practice in this segment often relies on a single outer shell- adjusting fit across sizes using thicker EPS liners & padding- the SMK Agnar Revv is built across two dedicated outer shell moulds. Although multi-shell tooling requires significant manufacturing investment, SMK integrates this approach as a standard design ethos across its full-face helmet lineup. For riders, this delivers a proportioned fit, reduced unnecessary bulk, better aerodynamics, and consistent safety across every head size.

21 Vents, Tuned for Quiet as Much as Cooling

The Agnar's ventilation runs to 21 stainless steel vents in total, worked through channelled air intakes and exhausts rather than plain holes cut into the shell. The same channelling that moves hot air out also smooths the airflow across the shell, which is usually where wind noise comes from in a full-face helmet. It is one of the reasons the Agnar has built a name among SMK's full-face range as one of its quieter helmets to ride in, particularly on naked bikes where wind exposure is highest.

Visor, Pinlock and a Few Practical Details

The Revv carries over the Agnar's dual visor system: a scratch-resistant outer visor on a one-touch quick-release mechanism, and a retractable internal sun visor for riding into low light. It ships with a Pinlock 30 lens fitted as standard in India. The visor is also built to take SMK's Pinlock 70 lens, the version used as standard in the brand's international markets, for riders who want to upgrade it separately.

Conceived in Europe, Built to Take Its Time

SMK's helmets are conceived at the brand's design studio in Europe, then engineered and built at SMK’s own manufacturing facilities in India. The Agnar is one of the more involved helmets to put together in SMK's full-face range: its shell carries a larger number of individual child parts than most, and takes roughly two and a half to three times as long to manufacture as a result.

Tailor-made for India


A further expression of Ferrari’s relationship with the country is the Tailor Made India project, developed in collaboration with students from the National Institute of Design (NID).

Working from a Ferrari design brief, the students explored the identity and character of ten Indian cities, developing original concepts that were subsequently translated by Ferrari Design into ten unique digital Tailor Made creations: five Ferrari 12Cilindri and five Ferrari Purosangue.

The ten creations draw inspiration from Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Chennai, Jaipur, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Varanasi and Goa, translating the distinctive atmosphere, energy and identity of each city into Ferrari’s language of colour, materials and patterns.

The project establishes a creative dialogue between Italian excellence and Indian imagination, while engaging a new generation of Indian creative talent and celebrating the country’s extraordinary cultural diversity.

Racing

The Racing displays include the Scuderia Ferrari SF-26 Formula 1 car, the triple Le Mans-winning 499P and the 296 GT3.

The Ferrari Challenge area features the 296 Challenge, the first six-cylinder engine car of the Prancing Horse's single-make series.

Ferrari Hypersail, the company’s pioneering sailing project, is also presented as part of the exhibition.

It demonstrates how Ferrari’s culture of technological innovation and performance can flow seamlessly from track and road into a new racing arena.

Sports Cars

The breadth of the Ferrari Sports Cars range is represented by the 849 Testarossa Spider, the Ferrari 12Cilindri Spider, the Ferrari Amalfi Spider and the F80, the Prancing Horse’s latest supercar.

Visitors can also discover Ferrari Luce through a display of the car and a dedicated exhibition that reveals the ideas, technologies and craftsmanship that shaped this remarkable project.

The Iconic project is represented by the Ferrari Daytona SP3 and a display of its breathtaking 840-cv V12 engine. Together, they illustrate Ferrari’s continuing pursuit of innovation, performance and driving emotion.

The sheer scope of Ferrari personalisation available is represented by a Ferrari Tailor Made 12Cilindri Manuale, while the Ferrari Classiche area brings together the F50, the Ferrari 365 GTB4 and a dedicated Ferrari Classiche exhibition space.

A very special Ferrari 612 Scaglietti is also on display. This car took part in the 2008 Magic India Discovery tour, a 13,000-km tour of the country, and was driven by more than 50 international journalists, effectively representing the first testimony of Ferrari’s presence within the country.

The tour brought India’s varied landmarks and spectacular scenery into homes far beyond its borders.

Dedicated exclusively to the KTM and Husqvarna brands, the plant will build ten models across the motocross, enduro and adventure segments. The opening is part of the reorganisation of KTM and Husqvarna operations in Brazil.



The opening ceremony brought together journalists, motorcycle-segment influencers, dealers, partners, international KTM AG executives and public officials. KTM AG was represented by Petra Preining, CFO; Fabian Steinbacher, Vice President Operations; and Peter Stuhlberger, Lead Overseas Operations.



Officials attending included Leopoldo Júnior, Superintendent of Manaus Free Trade Zone (Suframa), along with Gustavo Igrejas, Amazonas State Secretary for Economic Development, Science, Technology and Innovation.

The new plant received investment of around R$ 20 million (Brazilian Reais) in facilities and equipment.

From assembly with Dafra to a plant of its own

KTM began assembling motorcycles locally in Manaus in 2016, through a partnership with Dafra Motos.

With the new facility, which runs on a CKD (Completely Knocked Down) basis, the Austrian manufacturer now has an independent industrial operation dedicated exclusively to its two brands, covering everything from off-road competition machines to adventure-touring models.



The plant carries out kit preparation, engine assembly, motorcycle assembly, quality control, packing and shipping.

Running its own operation brings the brands' industrial and commercial strategies in Brazil closer together, improving operational efficiency, product availability and support for the growth of the dealer network.



Speaking on the occasion, Rakesh Sharma, Joint Managing Director, Bajaj Auto Limited said, “Brazil is an important market in the global portfolio of both Bajaj and KTM, and the inauguration of the KTM facility co-located with the Bajaj Auto facility in Manaus is yet another signal of our commitment to Brazil. Ten KTM and Husqvarna models in local production

In the motocross line, the plant will build the KTM 250 SX-F and KTM 450 SX-F, developed for competition and off-road riding.

In the enduro segment, the line-up covers the KTM 250 EXC-F, 350 EXC-F 6DAYS, 300 EXC and 300 EXC 6DAYS, models that reflect the Austrian manufacturer's tradition in off-road competition. Husqvarna joins the operation with the FE 350 and TE 300 PRO.

Local production also includes the new KTM 390 ADVENTURE R and KTM 390 ADVENTURE X, presented to the Brazilian market in August and due in dealerships in October, at suggested retail prices of R$ 37,990 and R$ 33,990 (Brazilian Reais), respectively.

The authorised network has 12 locations in Brazil and is expanding, with the aim of reaching 30 outlets by 2027.
