    Thumbs up Re: Making of Kawasaki Ninja 300 San

    @abhimanyu31. Your last post was truly inspirational. Salute buddy.
    It is very evident that more than the money and the logic/arguments behind "rather buy a bigger bike", your aspiration and your dedication to do what you did stands to be commendable.

    Just a thought. You should most certainly take it to the next level by may be making a part-time profession out of your hobby or may be just consult people because I am sure there are going to be many who would want to pimp their ride similar to yours, if not exactly the same. Commercializing your hobby would take away the happiness associated with the task. This way you will also get to work on more machines while you also make some money out of it !

    "[QUOTE=abhimanyu31;1155109]" I have been reading this thread regularly, i check this page every day to see if any new updates are posted here, its very interesting to know so much about your passion towards your ninja, at first i was curious about how many changes you were making to a bike which seems like a good all rounder in all aspects....but as i went through each and every post one thing became clear, your passion to take this bike to its perfection in every aspect. truly a great thread. keep posting your experiences and experiments.

    This has been one of the most enriching threads on xbhp. Hats off to you, you truly love your ride. And when there is love involved, the questions like "why not a big bike", why so much money", become useless. But it'd be great if you could mention the prices of all mods in one post. This would really help fellow riders when they decide to go for any mods, they'd have an idea of the actual cost, and won't be robbed by dealers and mechanics.

    dear abhimanyu sir, yours thread is really an eye opener for the so called self acclaimed motorcycle enthusiasts. following you since 1.5 months silently and gaining a whole lot of diy and knowledge on the bikes. this is my second thread on this forum as i joined it today only. a little about myself- a chemical engineer by profession, and very curious for enginees and there working. your guidance and co-operation is requested.

    Default LED Parking Lights

    Its been quite sometime since we have updated the thread. A lot of things are in progress and a lot many parts have been ordered and are in pipeline. So while it will take sometime, there are some interesting things coming this way in the next 2 to 3 months.

    In the meantime, one weekend while my wife and I were just window-shopping at a mall, she suggested on an impulse that we go watch the just released movie 'Terminator Genisys'. She knows I am big fan of first 2 Terminator movies and have them on my media center at home. I thoroughly enjoyed the new movie, but also felt a bit of nostalgia that these are the twilight days of greats like Arnold, Stallone, Bruce Willis, Morgan Freeman, etc.

    The one dialog that in 'Terminator Genisys' that really touched a cord somewhere within me was where 'Pops' tells Kyle Reese who questions him about his ability to do his job of protecting Sarah Connor; I am old but Im not obsolete.

    With the imminent arrival of the Yamaha R3, there has been a lot of discussion on the fate of the N300. Across Whatsapp groups and forum discussions run the gamut of total ridiculous prediction of total annihilation to complete irrelevance of N300 after the R3 comes on to the road.

    So here is Ninja Sans answer to all the Kyle Reeses out there; I am old, not obsolete.

    Coincidentally, we decided to change the parking lights of Ninja San with LED ones. Just out whim we decided to use red LED lights. The results are there for all to see. Personally, I think it adds a lot of character to Ninja San.

    As for Ninja Sans answer to R3, I think Pops said it very appropriately in this clip from the movie;
