no real visa no real tume ; so we cross the last river before Ivory coast on pirogues ..
But 99% of xbhpians are indians.
So most of us no idea about any place in france.

singles of life
Hello all
( do not know if it is the right place, in case , move it)
I had mopeds in the late sixties .
Let us start with the 125 AT 1 then 175 DT 1 , both yamaha 2 stroke, a king of more scrambler than real trail ).
I managed to ride around France with it, not so much off road ; most training ( i did not know it was )
My first big bore had been a 77' XT , black and white , with the "famous" aluminium motor guard I had kept for the second , a 80 .
This time it would be the real stuff. Bikes almost like this were crossing the desert ( Dakar first race ) and will soon be riding the world .With big tanks, a home made pannier, and some prep , all 3 ou us crossed the sea from Alicante ( Spain) to Oran ( East of Algeria ) and cross to the West to the Tassili mountains , close to Tunisia and Lybia and the southern town of ALgeria : Tamanrasset . 4 days alones on the mountain tracks , lost one time but not too long ; enough petrol, spirit , and water !!
" in desert the breakdown is more dangerous than to get lost"
then the Niger and Agadez .......Tags: None
