Default fz drinking engine oil and rough engine

this is part of the letter i wrote to yamaha company guys...bikes done 10600kms..in 18months..
my bike has the following probluems for the past 3000 odd kms..

1.engine ROUGHNESS/EESMOOTHNESS and TORQUE missing from engine''
2.VERY HIGH engine oil consumption from the engine....and engine oil becoming DIRTY VERY SOON..
    3.unusually high engine heating up

i had my bike serviced on 3rd august[8TH SEVICE]..at that time i got the clutch plates changed and engine oil change[the amount of old engine oil taken out was VERY low]..

dissatisfied over the engines response i went to delhi scooters, rajouri garden, new delhi...on the 9th of august to get bike checked and repaired....they changed the clutch wire, springs and liver and told me to observe the bike...i came back home dissatisfied with the bike..and wrote a letter to yamaha that the bike was not responding well....

then i got a call from yamaha and they inquired about my probleum and spoke to the owner and service manager and told me to go there again....the same day i got a call from the owner and service manager of delhi scooters..THEY BOTH ASSURED ME THAT MY PROBLUEM WILL BE LOOKED INTO AND SOLVED AND THE ENGINE PARTS WILL BE CHANGED IF FOUND WORN OUT..

i went to delhi scooters for the 2ND time on 12th august...unfortunately neither i or the service manager got to work on the engine...as my bike had other probluems too..ie..wheel balancing etc..they were looked into and corrected...

i went to delhi scooters for the 3RD time on 19th august...over there the service manager test rode the bike and identified that the bike was not running properly....he checked the engine and it was REALLY HOT...then the engine oil was taken out and it was VERY LOW AND BLACK...AND THE ENGINE WAS RUNNING ROUGH

WHAT I WANT TO STRESS HERE IS THAT ONLY 16 DAYS AGO ON 3RD AUGUST MY BIKE WAS SERVICED AND NEW ENGINE OIL WAS PUT IN

NOW IN ONLY 16 DAYS THE BIKE HAD CONSUMED A LARGE AMOUNT OF OIL AND WAS VERY BLACK TOO....THE service manager and the mechanic saw the engine oil and identified that there was something wrong with the engine....
at that day the top of the engine was opened and the TAPPET was tightened and NEW ENGINE OIL was put[2ND TIME IN 16 DAYS]....AND I WAS TOLD TO COME BACK AFTER TESTING THE BIKE FOR 1000-1200 KMS....and was told that that if the probluem exsist then the entire engine will be opened and new engine kit will be put

AFTER RIDING THE BIKE FOR 900KMS FROM 19TH TO 31ST AUGUST
i went to delhi scooters for the 4RTH TIME IN ONE MONTH on 31ST august...
and had A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE....
FIRSTLY...i was kept WAITING for more than[ 6 HOURS ]by the service manager[the old manager which attended me for the first 3 times was not present] as my bike was a complain one...and his attitude towards the me was not friendly at all...
i went there at 8am before the shop opened and my bike was attended to at around 3 PM...!!!!!!!!

over there the mechanic who always works on my bike rode the bike and told the service manager something....now over there two things happened....
    1. the mechanic and the sercive manager were passing responsibilities between them.i asked them if they identified my probluem but neither would tell me if they will fix anything..or will open the engine..at that day the engine was not even touched by them.....finally the service manager told me to come at a later date and that some mr.anurag will see my bike,ALL THAT after keeping me waiting for 6 hours
    2. they checked the engine oil level with a wrong technique[not as recommended in the manual] and tried to convince me that the oil level was sufficient..and did not listen to me when i was telling them that the engine oil level was again low...[they told me everything is fine]

.THE SAME DAY I CHECKED THE ENGINE OIL MYSELF USING THE TECHNIQUE GIVEN IN THE MANUAL AND IT IS NOW BELOW THE MINIMUM MARK!!!!!

PLZZ HELP ME OUT...I HAD EARLIER CLAIMED FOR REPLACEMENT OF ENGINE INTERNALS AS THE BIKE IS IN WARRANTY PERIOD..but the service guys said they have to check the bike first...i understand that they cannot simply change anything looking at the bike for the first time..so i gave them time..but now ive been there 4 times...
they should have some respect for the time/money and effort of the custumer

NOW IN FRONT OF THEM THE ENGINE OIL LEVEL HAS GONE DOWN WITHIN DAYS OF GETTING FILLED UP TWICE, I CANNOT BE GETTING ENGINE OIL CHANGED EVERY 15 DAYS...PLUS THE ENGINE IN NOT BUTTERSMOOTH AS IT SHOULD BE.''''''

im waiting response from yamaha...will go to svc again...
as my bikes under warranty...i can claim for a new engine kit right???or is the engine not part of warranty items???...plzz help me out.....

Buddy AFAIK engine too is covered under warranty as long as you have completed all services on time. I'll suggest you to try another svc, just to get a second opinion. I get my r15 serviced at Carlton Motors, Kashmere Gate. The owner is a helpfull fellow and I know some of the mechanics very well too. I'll suggest you go there and get your bike checked up.

Now that's what i call HEIGHT OF FRUSTRATION.I don't understand why are you going there again and again to claim warranty.Through your post it's clearly mentioned that they are not willing to do this part of job b'coz if they claimed it in warranty they have to answer the authorities which they are neglecting

My suggestion always remains the same as Partha's.There is nothing wrong to change SVC in terms of warranty and issues.Try their once, may be there come's out some other problem.I have to go there for a periodic check up of my bike.If you wish to come there by 10 AM anyday then give me a call
