    Red face Pulsar Engine problem

    Hi Friends,

    I have pulsar 150 dts i, I have changed the engine oil 2 days back(castol),

    and while riding the bike it is getting start/switch off while am in top gear(5) moving slowly in the traffic and also when i hold the clutch...

    (Note : I use speed / xtra premium regularly but this time i had used HP in a poor petrol bunk also again i had filled up with speed petrol but no use...getting same problem)

    Could any one please help me out in this problem....

    Did you try checking the carb tuning?

    Also, try riding the bike at 4k rpm n 1st/2nd gear.. if you get jerks then there might be water in the tank or the carb may require cleaning..

    possible solutions---

    1) your idle screw setting needs to be corrected.

    2) if above does not solve your problem get your carb cleaned.

    3) additionally check fuel supply lines and spark plug also.
