it is very easy, ask any good mechanic or ASS.
otherwise post the pics here of both parts you wanna join and set of wires. we will help, but i will have to ask my mechanic for that and it will take a week. still you plz post pics, we will try.

CDI is a very important part, there should not be any wire joints in ignition path. this is not recomended at all. it can result in short ckt or fire or anything if something goes wrong.

Luckily you have cut the wire with the wire color code in place....
Now you have to join to main harness the 6 pin connector by MATCHING THE CONNECTOR WIRE COLOR CODE with the same wires on the Harness...the two connections at the end are for the reed switch on the carburetor...
Try to solder the connections to ensure you don't develop loose contact....and use either heat shrink sleeve or Insulation tape , on each connection.

Since you have no idea about the wires color code, and had somehow removed wire from the connectors TOTALLY without a bit of wire.......Either take it to ASC or get a knowledgeable Bike electrician to do proper connection....
