Sorry for quality its my Nokia C7 HD Snap.

just checked the wiring diagram and found out that one of the ign coil's input was connected to battery terminal.
I cant guarantee the correctness due to low quality of img res
Can anyone find it out ?

Sorry for not being regular. Just a small update from my side.

Try a 55w H3 bulb on stock wiring without any mods.

    Bulb type H3 only !!

I have a good old Hero Honda Street and I was not happy with its light (as usual ). So plonked in a H3 (compromised on hi-low beams). But light intensity is superb

    Shree, long time man

How can it be installed on a H4 or r u suggesting for an aux?

If it can glow one 55W H3 then why can't we use a 55/60W H4 which is the best bet? It should give a better spread than the non std h3 right?

Hey bro ! I know long time, held up with work !!

Well the bulb type is not the usual p43 base. Its a old type and finding a 55/60w for that type was next to impossible for me so dropped the idea.

Did some juggad and managed to place a H3 bulb firmly and it glows at max intensity. But the same I tried on H4 P43 55/60w, it cried to glow.

God knows why I thought all 55w bulbs will consume same power.

Yes the spread is not at par with H4 55/60w, but way better than stock !! Yeah aligning and making sure the bulb is firm is a headache, I used M-Seal

I know u r too good in juggad I remember when my old 4S champion had the same low lighting issues with the non halogen, I plonked the same bulb u've posted but it had both the beams was a good replacement at those times. When I was coming from work , it went off both the beams and the local mech didn't've the 35W instead gave me another "Comet" make which was of 45/40W and I found that it was a real treat for the money I paid, It was really outperforming the 35W halogen in all terms. and it lasted longer than I expected.

Yes the negative terminal of battery is connected to ignition coil ( green wire )
positive terminal is to rr & comb switch ( red wire ) From alternator a coil a white wire to rr & a center tap yellow wire to rr & headlight , & other end of coil is grounded . A green wire from Earth ( frame body ign coil ) to rr .

From where you get halogen ? How much it's cost ? i think it would glow to full extent than 55/60 w
